The Early Beginnings
Mark and Cindy hail from the small hamlet of Dearborn, Missouri. Aside from living there, reports indicate that the two were high school sweethearts. Located somewhat close to Kansas City, it’s said that Dearborn has a population of less than 500 people. The town is not exactly known as one flush with wealth. Estimates indicate that the average resident here makes less than $23,000 per year.
