Tom Brady’s expertise now extends beyond football, as the future Hall of Fame quarterback recently released a cookbook titled “TB12 Nutrition Manual.” The New England signal-caller has been vocal in discussing his specific diet in recent years, and announced the release of his book via Facebook:
The cookbook is listed at $200 per copy on Brady’s website, and sold out immediately. The nutrition manual offers 89 different recipes, including one of Brady’s personal favorites – avocado ice cream.
While New England’s quarterback is viewed by many as having an extremely unorthodox diet, it’s impossible to argue with the results. Even at 38 years old, he continues to play at an elite level and shows absolutely no signs of slowing down.
Perhaps we should all be eating more avocado ice cream in our everyday lives.
