15. Reggie Bush – USC/New Orleans Saints
As one of the most explosive running backs in NCAA history, Bush was a one-man highlight reel. The 2005 Heisman Trophy Winner went off for 1,740 rushing yards and 18 total touchdowns in his final season before being drafted second overall by the New Orleans Saints. Set to compete for his fifth NFL team in 2016, Bush has only surpassed the 1,000-yard mark twice in 10 seasons. Touted by many as the next Barry Sanders for his breakaway speed and ridiculous ability to make tacklers miss, Bush’s 5,493 rushing yards and 53 total touchdowns represent an extremely disappointing career.
