Kicking off the ranking with a team that is a bit too familiar with this region of a power rankings. The Texans finally got their QB, but do they have enough talent around former Ohio State passer C.J. Stroud? The rookie will give the team some much needed juice under center — something they’ve been missing since 2020 when Deshaun Watson last played for the team. Later in the draft, Houston added two WR’s in the form of Tank Dell and Xavier Hutchinson. Dell has a chance to be a difference-maker, but we’d guess veteran Nico Collins enters 2023 as the No. 1 option. Collins provides a big target for the young quarterback, sporting a massive 6-foot-4, 215-pound frame.
