31. Houston Texans
There is some optimism within the franchise at this point. DeMeco Ryans is a very well-respected defensive mind coming over from San Francisco to be the Head Coach. His attack-minded defensive scheme pairs well with his energy and natural charisma.
While the roster has a ways to go until it’s competitive in the AFC, the AFC South is a different story. It might be the worst division in all of football. A quick rebuild could see this team leap up more quickly than expected. Of course, much of that will be dependent upon the development of the team’s top-two draft choices this year in QB C.J. Stroud (No. 2 Overall) and OLB/DE Will Anderson (No. 3 Overall). The aim is for these two guys to be the true building blocks for this next era of Texans’ football.
