Start: Curtis Samuel — Washington Commanders (vs. MIA)

Washington is not very good. Sitting at 4-8, the Commanders are destined for another finish towards the bottom of the NFC. However, it doesn’t mean there’s not some fantasy value on this roster. Samuel was very busy in the loss to Dallas. He hauled in nine grabs for 100 yards on 12 targets. Assuming Miami will have full control of this game, it’s very feasible to believe Washington will have to throw the ball a ton to try and be competitive.
