1. Atlanta Falcons
Atlanta has one of the newest stadiums in the league, so imagining the franchise building a new one is a stretch. However, we wouldn’t be mad if this was the result. This AI vision is pretty sweet. The stadium appears to be massive, and we really like the dome/open-air combo. One gripe? The scoreboard is pretty small for such a huge opening.
2. Arizona Cardinals
Arizona’s current stadium is one of the most well-known around the league. The venue has hosted three Super Bowls, a College Football Playoff National Championship Game, WrestleMania, and the Fiesta Bowl yearly since 2007. With that being said, we are in favor of this AI gem. The outside of the stadium is fierce, and the three points on the South end are a perfect match for the Cardinal logo.
3. Houston Texans
This one reminds us of the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. The front of this stadium is striking. The huge, glass entry grabs your attention immediately, and the red stripe across the top makes it clear that this is home to the Houston Texans. Bravo, AI.
4. New England Patriots
Can this be built next year? New England’s AI stadium looks part cruise ship and part outdoor pizza oven, but that’s not a bad thing. The dome will help shield fans and players from the bitter cold that the Patriots play in every winter, and the opening will allow for some fresh air on more pleasant days.
5. Minnesota Vikings
Talk about a badass look. The Vikings currently play in what is regarded as one of the best stadiums in the NFL, but it is hard to look at this version and not daydream about Minnesota’s future. The roof of the stadium looks like it can close and form a full dome (hopefully), and in its current state, the ‘V’ shape is perfect for the franchise. This would be an intimidating place to play.
6. Indianapolis Colts
With Anthony Richardson having shown promise as a young quarterback, it is only fitting that Indianapolis opens a new stadium during his time as Indy’s QB1. It would be easy to confuse this stadium for one that the Rams could call home, but the shade of blue is distinctly Colts. With at least six levels of seats, this venue is a behemoth.
7. Cleveland Browns
Cleveland has not had a lot to celebrate during its run in the NFL — especially in the past few decades. The team’s logo is an orange helmet, but it also is associated with an elf and a bullmastiff. The Browns have a famous fan section known as the Dawg Pound, which makes this huge bullmastiff statue outside the stadium a great addition. Also, the artwork on the outside of this dome gives it some unique flair.
8. New York Jets
Finally, the Jets have their stadium. Sick and tired of sharing a home field with the Giants, the Jets move into an open-air venue built on the water. Fittingly, New York’s new stadium features a green exterior to help Aaron Rodgers feel like he is back playing in Green Bay. Do we think the Jets are using real grass or turf in this AI stadium?
9. Carolina Panthers
This is a winner. AI nailed this futuristic stadium built specifically for the Carolina Panthers. The shape of the building makes it feel like the fans would be directly on top of the field. Imagine staring up at four walls of thousands of people. The giant panther head floating above the entrance to the stadium is imposing, and also a technological marvel. When can this be built?
10. Pittsburgh Steelers
In a visionary fusion of Pittsburgh’s industrial heritage and cutting-edge innovation, the new stadium for the Pittsburgh Steelers stands as a testament to the city’s enduring spirit. Rising from the ashes of a historic steel mill, this futuristic arena seamlessly blends the past with the future. The stadium’s exterior reflects the city’s industrial roots, with its outer shell adorned in sleek, polished steel panels reminiscent of the mill’s former glory.
11. Buffalo Bills
Would playing inside a dome eliminate a huge part of Buffalo’s home-field advantage? Probably. Do we care? Not really. This AI creation looks fantastic. Plus, it looks like there is enough of an opening in the side of the building that some of the cold air can still make its way in and fluster visiting teams. Our only gripe with this new stadium is that there isn’t a huge buffalo statue outside.
12. Washington Commanders
Now we’re talking. The Washington Commanders — they may have a new name in a few years — currently play in a stadium that is well past its prime. This AI creation features a grandstand that is reminiscent of European football stadiums and a large horseshoe of seats filling the remainder of the stadium. While the massive banner wouldn’t be present once the games kick off, it is certainly a cool feature.
13. Baltimore Ravens
This stadium looks like something straight out of a horror film. The two ravens guarding the entrance are equal parts cool and terrifying. Combined with the figure at the center of the entrance — the one with the glowing, purple circle — it looks like the Pokémon Golbat. Regardless of what AI was going for, it did well. The gothic feel of this stadium fits the Ravens perfectly.
14. Los Angeles Rams
This is one of our favorites. AI clearly ignored the fact that the Rams play in Los Angeles, and opted to build their new stadium into a mountainside. This would immediately become the coolest venue in the NFL, and we would be willing to throw down some money to visit in a heartbeat. The massive, ghoulish ram heads adoring the dome are a 10/10.
15. Philadelphia Eagles
We understand what AI was going for with this Eagles stadium, but we don’t like it. The top of the building resembles a nest — and we have to say, it is quite creepy. It would have been better if the roof was meant to look like wings. This isn’t a good look, but it also might just be weird enough to psych out some visiting teams.
16. New Orleans Saints
What’s more fitting for a Louisiana-based franchise than building a stadium in the bayou? New Orleans already boasts one of the best home-field advantages in the NFL, but this would take things to an even higher level. Imagine taking an airboat to the stadium and seeing a ton of alligators on your way. Teams would be psyched out before they even take the field.
17. New York Giants
About time the Giants and Jets got their separate stadiums. And, AI did an excellent job of differentiating the two arenas apart. The G-Men’s abode is built near the water, with views of the city — including what appears to be Central Park — making up a picturesque background. The essence of a stadium can often be used to intimidate opponents, but we’d wager that visitors would be more than happy to play away games in this beautiful setting.
18. Seattle Seahawks
It doesn’t get much better than Seattle’s current residence, but AI really outdid itself with this one. The futuristic-like dome is a bit ambitious, though its shape resembles that of a bird. Fans can be seen littered around the arena, and can seemingly swap their plans to a boating trip on a whim. The iconic Space Needle seen in the distance makes it so we can never mistake where this stadium is located.
19. Green Bay Packers
We have to hand it to AI here. The Packers are unlikely to ever leave Lambeau. But, if they ever did, it would have to be for something completely new and innovative. The entire stadium is an homage to one of the most historic franchises in the sport. The exterior seems to be covered in icy grass — an obvious ode to the “Frozen Tundra”. And, the dome is shaped like a cheese wheel, with the yellow paint to match.
20. Denver Broncos
This isn’t too far off from Denver’s current stadium — minus the 100-foot-tall diamond bronco. Other than the giant sculpture, this is a mostly grounded take compared to AI’s other efforts. The Broncos already boast one of the league’s best home-field advantages. Visitors often struggle to adapt to the altitude, while Denver veterans thrive in the conditions.
21. Detroit Lions
AI may have taken it a bit too far with this. We’re unsure of how many lions there are in Michigan. But, AI seemingly found a Detroit-based safari to place the Lions stadium. Safety rules would go out of the window in this one. Imagine paying $50 for parking only to find a fully grown lion meeting you outside your door. Maybe we’ll just go home and watch RedZone instead….
22. Jacksonville Jaguars
That’s one fierce cat. The Jaguars have been a bit overlooked since joining the NFL as an expansion team in 1995. They’ve tried everything to stand out, including donning some of the boldest (and ugliest) uniforms in the league. Instead of clothing their players in mustard yellow, how about a 10-ton jaguar to greet their fans? The stadium itself is just an accessory in this mock-up, though the retractable dome would be a nice addition for the Florida-based squad.
23. Dallas Cowboys
This is one of our favorites. It doesn’t get much better than “Jerry World”, the Cowboys’ current residence (legally known as AT&T Stadium) located in Arlington. However, AI did a nice job of providing an updated look while staying grounded in reality. The iconic ‘star’ is front and center, and it fits snugly inside a dome piece that appears to be in the shape of a cowboy hat. You could do a lot with this arena, including lighting up the star when the Cowboys score a touchdown, creating an epic scene for views outside of the stadium.
24. Kansas City Chiefs
We’re not entirely sure what AI was going for here. Inside, a sea of red can be seen. The Chiefs boast a die-hard fanbase, so a jam-packed arena of fans donning red attire is all too familiar when it comes to the two-time Super Bowl champions. However, the exterior is where we’re left a bit puzzled. Are those floating spoons? We have no idea what spoons have to do with Kansas City or the Chiefs football team, but I guess when you’re winners you can do whatever you want…
25. Los Angeles Chargers
This is more like it when it comes to an LA-based team. AI went completely off the grid with the Rams, placing them near snow-covered mountains unbefitting a Southern California locale. Dry hills with a city backdrop are more like it. Our favorite part of the structure is the two tails which extend out towards the entrance. We imagine lights would be installed throughout those parts to provide some electrical surges after the Chargers reach the end zone.
26. San Francisco 49ers
The 49ers’ current home — Levi’s Stadium — has long been criticized for its remote location. Well, at least you don’t have to take a boat to get there like this AI-version. We understand the vision with this one, but it wouldn’t work in application. Nobody’s taking a 30-minute boat ride to go watch Brock Purdy throw lame ducks to his receivers. All joking aside, this stadium is absolutely gorgeous — and further highlighted by the Bay Bridge featured in the background.
27. Tennessee Titans
Can the Titans build this immediately? When we asked AI to create alternate versions of NFL stadiums, building a modern coliseum for a team named the “Titans” was exactly what we were hoping for. And, AI delivered in the best way. The stone architecture just adds to the lore, as a giant archway is the perfect entrance point for players to join the field. Stadiums like this would make the contest feel more like a battle rather than your typical football game.
28. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Another hit by AI. This is positively gorgeous. When the Buccaneers joined the NFL back in the 70s, a stadium like this was probably what fans thought they’d be seeing in the 2020s. The pirate-themed artillery surrounding the field immerses the fans in the game. The bright red coloring used throughout the stadium alerts fans that it’s the Buccaneers, not the Raiders, that they’re cheering for. The only glaring omission is the lack of a pirate ship, though that could always be built at a later date.
29. Cincinnati Bengals
We’re sensing a theme here. AI likes to send the teams with cat-based mascots into the jungle. There aren’t any Bengal cats in sight, but they probably aren’t too far away given the forest-like foreground. The wide-open glass allows fans to look inside and catch a glimpse of the interior. We rather enjoy the roof, which utilizes a striped pattern that can be seen on the Bengals’ current helmets.
30. Chicago Bears
It looks like it’ll be a workout just making it inside the stadium. Those who traverse across the forest-filled locale will be pleased to see the triple-decker arena awaiting them. Based on the scale, this looks to be one of the bigger arenas that AI generated. The Chicago faithful have never failed to sell out home games, even when the team has struggled. Building a beautiful arena like this would be a nice ‘thank you’ to fans who have stuck with the Bears through the good time (emphasis on the singularity, shoutout to the ’85 Bears) and bad.
31. Miami Dolphins
Football on a boat, what could possibly go wrong? Dolphins WR Tyreek Hill is so fast that he may run off the side of the arena if he isn’t careful. Given the vegetation that can be seen around the field, we’re not clear on where fans are supposed to be sitting. One thing is for sure, Miami would be the permanent spot for the Pro Bowl Game if this was their current stadium. Who wouldn’t want to come here after their season is over?
32. Las Vegas Raiders
We’re not totally sold on this one. Perhaps if the skull located outside of the stadium more closely resembled the Raiders’ actual logo. Instead, it looks more like a cheap knock-off of the team’s iconic look. Where’s the eye patch? AI can’t hit it out of the park every time. The actual architects win out on this one, as the Raiders’ current home — Allegiant Stadium — far exceeds AI’s efforts.
