Mike McGlinchey
Anyone who’s watched the Colts this past year can recognize that help at the tackle position is sorely needed. The former first-round pick out of Notre Dame has been a fixture at RT for the 49ers. McGlinchey is a monster in the run game, and has the athleticism requisite to earn the denotation as a top-shelf right tackle. While the Colts need an influx of talent everywhere, it all starts up front with both lines. Indianapolis has the cap space needed to lure him from the West Coast and back to the Midwest. He’d be a massive upgrade from what the team currently has.
