AFC South Winner — Tennessee Titans
Adding in Julio Jones to the mix will make this Titans offense even more potent than before. With an ample amount of star power, it’s pick your poison with Tennessee. Jones and A.J. Brown will stretch defenses thin given their ability to make plays down the field. That will open up even more running lanes for the reigning Offensive Player of the Year Derrick Henry who appears primed to lead the league in rushing yards for the third year in a row. QB Ryan Tannehill brings everything together, though it will be interesting to see how the 33-year-old responds to losing his offensive coordinator Arthur Smith (Smith left Tennessee to become the new head coach of the Atlanta Falcons).
Outside of Tennessee’s offensive attack, there’s nothing that can be depended upon in this division. The Jaguars looked like a mess in the preseason, and it’s unclear if the offensive line will be able to provide any sort of protection for rookie QB Trevor Lawrence. The Texans are dismal — with or without Deshaun Watson. The Colts will struggle to score no matter who is under center, though their defense will win them plenty of games.
