On Thursday night, the college football season got underway with No. 2 TCU edging Minnesota 23-17, and Jim Harbaugh’s Michigan Wolverines losing to the Utah Utes 24-17.
No. 22 ranked Arizona was arguably the biggest loser of the night, even though they came away with a win. All-American linebacker Scooby Wright went down with a knee injury, and the playoff-hopeful Wildcats barely escaped against a lowly University of Texas San Antonio squad.
