24. Sam Pittman — Arkansas
Pittman has done a terrific job in revitalizing this program. Using his vast experience in the SEC (along with a meaty rolodex), Pittman has hit the recruiting trails hard — getting the Razorbacks a mixture of skill guys along with toughness in the front seven. The biggest metric of success involves the program’s record in conference. Arkansas had only won one conference game in 24 meetings (three seasons) before Pittman took the job. Since then, the program has gone .500 in these tilts. Assuming the depth continues to build, Arkansas will — at the very least — be competitive in College Football’s most loaded division.
