21. Brandon Roy

Roy’s degenerative knee arthritis forced him to prematurely retire at the age of 26. Before his plight, the 6-foot-6, 210-pound Roy was a gifted leader who made three All-Star squads and secured 2007 Rookie of the Year honors. “The Natural” is now widely considered one of the nation’s premier high school basketball coaches.
