29. Kevin Love and Collin Sexton — Cleveland Cavaliers
All things considered, the Cavaliers have rebounded fairly well since LeBron decided to skip town for the second time. Collin Sexton showed great promise towards the end of his rookie season — evolving as both a shooter and as a decision maker. While Darius Garland was selected to be Sexton’s long-term running mate in the backcourt, 2016 NBA Champion Kevin Love remains the best player on the team. There’s no telling how much longer Love with last in Cleveland, but for now the Cavaliers appear to be on a steady upward trajectory and could be a surprisingly fun team to watch in 2020.
