30. Terry Rozier and Cody Zeller — Charlotte Hornets
Following the departure of franchise stalwart Kemba Walker, the Hornets now boast a roster filled with unproven youngsters and notable draft busts. Point guard Terry Rozier ended up being the team’s biggest free agent signing. The former Celtic plays with good energy and has some scoring chops, though he’s coming off an abysmal year as Kyrie Irving’s primary backup. The 7-foot Cody Zeller is a better player than given credit for, but he’s also a former fourth overall pick who has played six years in the NBA and has never averaged more than 10 points per night.
Buckle up, Hornets fans, it’s going to be a long season.
