Re-Drafting The Top-Heavy 2015 NBA Draft

28. Boston Celtics — T.J. McConnell

Original Spot For McConnell: Undrafted
Original 28th Pick: R.J. Hunter

One of a slew of solid undrafted players from 2015, McConnell made the most of his playing time as a member of the “Process”-era 76ers. The Arizona product is a steady player on both ends, capable of facilitating (4.7 career APG) while also providing pesky defense on opposing ball handlers (1.2 SPG). He doesn’t offer much in the scoring department, but tough, smart, and reliable players like McConnell will always find a place in the league as a reserve who coaches can count on.
