NBA Power Rankings: Injuries Shake Things Up

28. Detroit Pistons (17-40)

Last Week: Lost to LA Clippers, Beat OKC, Lost to Washington
Upcoming Games: vs. Cavaliers, @ Mavericks, @ Spurs

The Pistons somehow dropped a game to a Clippers team that was missing Kawhi Leonard, Paul George, and Marcus Morris. Detroit held a double-digit lead in the last few minutes, and allowed Reggie Jackson to catch fire from beyond the arc to propel a semi-important win for the Clips.

The development of Killian Hayes was stunted after a brutal injury kept him out for three months, but he has shown some signs of promise. The 19-year-old is already a proficient passer, and has dropped some impressive dimes out of the pick-and-roll to Detroit’s bigs.
