NBA Legends Who Should Be in the Hall of Fame

21. Chris Webber

Career Accolades/Stats: 5-time All-Star, 5-time All-NBA, 1994 NBA Rookie of the Year

Webber is one of the many legendary players who were never able to capture an NBA title ring during their playing days. Despite that, C-Webb’s individual skill resembled that of a Hall of Fame player. From 1999-03, Webber was considered a top-six forward in the NBA each year. In 2001, Webber was named to the All-NBA First Team ahead of names like Kevin Garnett, Dirk Nowitzki, Vince Carter, Paul Pierce, and Karl Malone. Webber’s Sacramento teams went toe-to-toe with the juggernaut Shaq and Kobe-led Laker teams of the early 00’s — and nearly toppled LA in 2001 despite shaky officiating.
