Counting Down The Top 15 NBA Players To Build A Franchise Around

13. Paul George – Indiana Pacers

2015-2016 stats: 23.1 points, 7.0 rebounds, 4.1 assists, 1.9 steals
Age: 26

Every year, PG13 gets better. After a brutal leg injury, Paul George returned with a career best season. Although there are some efficiency concerns on the offensive side (41.8 percent shooting and 3.3 turnovers per game last season), his contributions on the other end of the floor make up for it. George is one of the premier two-way players in the league today, but since he isn’t good enough to be in contention for DPOY and doesn’t have enough firepower to win the scoring title, he comes in at No. 13.
