Counting Down The 10 Greatest Players In NBA History

10. Wilt Chamberlain

Arguably the most dominant big man in NBA history, ‘Wilt the Stilt’ combined incredible skill and unprecedented size to bully his opponents. While the level of competition was significantly weaker when Chamberlain competed, it still doesn’t diminish his incredible accomplishments.

Wilt remains the only NBA player to ever score 100 points in a single game, and also holds the record for most rebounds in a game (55). During the 1961-1962 season, he averaged 50.4 points and 25.7 rebounds per game – a stat line that will never be topped.

With career averages of 30.1 points and 22.9 rebounds per game, Wilt is deserving of a top-10 spot among the NBA’s all-time best.
