19. Matt Kemp — Atlanta Braves
Kemp proved last season that he is far from finished. He posted 35 homers and 108 RBIs as a member of both the Padres and the Braves. Once he was traded to Atlanta, he also seemed to find more patience at the plate — as he forced more walks and improved his batting average. He has consistently hit for over 20 home runs per season. He appears to be much happier and motivated as a member of the Braves. As such, he should continue to be a Top-20 outfielder in the league.
