Catalina Foothills, Arizona
For one thing, the Catalina Foothills are aesthetically beautiful. There are few places on Earth as striking as this scenery — where you’ve got reddish-colored mountains towering above the pretty prairies chock-full of imposing cacti and green/yellow shrubbery. Only a short drive from the college town of Tucson, Catalina Foothills is an area with a very affluent presence.
Aside from all the fun you could have at the University of Arizona, the area in general has terrific golf options, a plethora of exciting museums, all of the shopping you’d want, and a safety element which those with families will appreciate. In short, it’s one of the best places in all of Arizona to live.
