25. WR Parris Campbell — Indianapolis Colts
Speed kills and Campbell has it in droves. The former Buckeye clocked in with a 4.31 40-yard dash at the combine — good for third fastest overall and first among wide receivers. It’s not the first time the Colts have tried adding a speedster to Andrew Luck’s arsenal — sorry, Philip Dorsett — but Campbell is far more than simply a straight-line runner. He’s electric with the ball in his hands and could thrive in both the short and deep passing game with defenses keying on T.Y. Hilton and 2018 breakout Eric Ebron.
