25. D.J. Chark — Jacksonville Jaguars
2019 stats: 73 receptions, 1,008 receiving yards, 8 TDs
Projected Draft Range: Rounds 5-6
Chark exploded in 2019 as a real threat in this league. This does coincide with the emergence of gunslinger Gardner Minshew. However, Chark’s route-running capabilities saw a gigantic improvement from his rookie season. He averaged nearly a whopping 14 yards per catch — largely because his combination of downfield speed and leaping ability gave defensive backs a whole lot of trouble. One could envision Minshew improving from last year based upon having more comfortability as the starting signal-caller. As such, Chark — the team’s No. 1 target — should see plenty of opportunities to catch the ball. Duly, Jacksonville is projected to be one of the NFL’s worst teams. The Jags may be forced to throw the ball early and often in order to play catch-up. This can only help Chark’s potential output.
