Atlanta has some of the oldest and richest culinary roots in the country. You’ll find decadent examples of Southern staples — such as pork chops, fried chicken, grits, and collard greens. The ever-increasing populations of Hispanic and Asian people are diversifying the food scene in Atlanta further. Above all else, this city has a serious penchant for peaches. One can get peaches in virtually any form — though a cobbler would be a nice place to start. Duly, many renowned chefs across the country are beginning to set up shop in Atlanta.
