Joe and Bessy Gatto
If you’re a fan of comedy, there’s a high likelihood you know about the show Impractical Jokers. One of the core members of the group — Joe Gatto — has been going through a number of changes over the last calendar year. He decided to leave the television show in favor of doing his own stand-up career/podcast. In the process, he also sadly separated from his wife Bessy. The former couple share a son and daughter — though both are reportedly great parents who each spend a ton of time with their children. They’re also reportedly going to continue working together to rescue dogs and raise awareness for animal safety.

Olivia Jade Giannulli and Jacob Elordi
It was said that the two started dating in December of 2021. Giannulli is the daughter of actress Lori Loughlin (Full House). She’s cultivated a rather big following on social media under her ‘stage’ name Olivia Jade. Elordi has really emerged over the last few years as an integral cast member on the show Euphoria. It’s not known as to how long the two actually dated for. However, reports indicate that the split was amicable.

Zach Braff and Florence Pugh
This was a couple no one saw coming. British actress Florence Pugh has exploded with such roles in Midsommar, Little Women, Black Widow, Lady Macbeth, and The Little Drummer Girl. For three years, she dated famed actor Zach Braff (who’s 21 years older than her). The two were quite affectionate on social media, and fans of both loved this pairing. However in 2022, the couple ended up calling it quits. It still doesn’t stop the fact that many hope they end up getting back together down the line.

Jo Koy and Chelsea Handler
Fans of Chelsea Handler were elated over the fact that she entered a relationship with one of her former show panelists/fellow stand-up comedian Jo Koy. The two were very prominent on social media, detailing their relationship for all to see. Unfortunately after a year, the two amicably called it quits. Handler spoke about the split via her Instagram:
“It is with a heavy heart to announce that we have decided together that it is best for us to take a break from our relationship right now. I know many of you were invested in our love, and I wanted to express to you how much that meant to both of us. How much it still means. And how much I now believe in love for each one of us.
To be loved and adored by @jokoy has been one of the greatest gifts of my life. He renewed my faith in men, in love, in being 100% who I am, and I’ve never been more optimistic for the future.”

Jerry Hall and Rupert Murdoch
In 2016, actress/model Jerry Hall entered a marriage with one of the world’s most wealthy individuals in Rupert Murdoch. The duo tied the knot in England, and by all accounts had a very pleasant first few years of marriage. However in 2022, it was reported that the couple decided to go their separate ways. The divorce was said to have been finalized in LA — though the two are also remaining friends.

Nayte Olukoya and Michelle Young
After being a finalist on The Bachelor, Minnesota native Michelle Young got another chance at finding love when he was the primary figure on The Bachelorette. She ultimately decided to pick Nayte Olukoya — a native of Austin. The couple did end up getting engaged in September of 2021. However, the elementary school teacher and her former beau ended up breaking up in June of 2022. Young has since been a fixture in the franchise through media and other outlets.

Chuck and Arielle Lorre
One cannot mention the progression of television sitcoms within the United States without mentioning Chuck Lorre. The New York native started off as a writer — and eventually became the producer/creator of a plethora of highly-successful shows (a few include Mike & Molly, The Big Bang Theory, Two and a Half Men, Cybill, Young Sheldon, The Kominsky Method). Lorre married Arielle Mandelson in 2018 — only to be divorced a few years later in 2022.

Peter Krause and Lauren Graham
Both Peter Krause and Lauren Graham have been heavily involved in the business for quite some time. In fact, they ironically starred on Parenthood — where they played siblings (despite dating in real life). Despite being together since 2010, the two called it quits in 2022. Graham recently opened up about the breakup in her memoir “Have I Told You This Already?” :
“[We] came into a relationship as people in their 40’s without asking any of the questions people in their 40’s should be asking. We had such a good time together that I didn’t maybe ask some fundamental questions about ‘What are your values and what do you envision?’ and those more grown-up things. And then they just caught up with us.”

Naomi Nelson and Johnny Knoxville
Thrill-seeker Johnny Knoxville has had a career built upon hijinks, comedic skits, death-defying stunts, and the participation in some objectively dumb body-harming activities. Through it all was wife Naomi — who is the mother to two of his three children, Arlo and Rocko (daughter Madison was from a previous relationship). After 12 years of marriage, sadly Naomi and Johnny announced that they were divorcing (it was finalized this past June).

Alexis Bledel and Vincent Kartheiser
Actors Vincent Kartheiser and Alexis Bledel have been in the industry since they were children. Kartheiser is most likely known for his role as Pete in Mad Men — whereas Bledel’s claim to fame came as Rory in Gilmore Girls. Kartheiser and Bledel started dating in 2012 (meeting after Bledel made a guest starring role on Mad Men). The couple got married in 2014, and had a son in 2015. However, reports indicate that they divorced in August of this year.

Keeley Hazell and Jason Sudeikis
In the wake of his high-profile breakup with ex-Olivia Wilde, Jason Sudeikis found love across the pond with English actress/model Keeley Hazell. Interestingly enough, Keeley even had a role in Sudeikis’ Ted Lasso — playing the much younger wife of antagonist Rupert (the ex-husband of the beloved boss Rebecca Welton). While the two enjoyed their time together, recent reports indicate that the two are no longer together after roughly a year of dating.

Dan Aykroyd and Donna Dixon
This one hurts. Beloved comedian Dan Aykroyd has been a fixture in Hollywood for nearly half a century. He’s played a plethora of iconic roles — though perhaps none better than his time on SNL and in the Ghostbusters franchise. He married fellow actor Donna Dixon and the couple had three daughters together. After being married for 39 years, the duo announced in 2022 that they’d be separated. However — still great friends, business partners, and parents — they will remain legally married for the time being (according to reports).

Natasha Lyonne and Fred Armisen
This unique pairing is bursting with natural talent. Both longtime performers, Lyonne has starred in American Pie and Russian Doll (among other projects) — whereas Armisen is more of a sketch comic (known mostly for his time on SNL and Portlandia). Introduced by fellow SNL castmate Maya Rudolph, the two were said to be dating for years. However, the two broke up in 2022 — as Lyonne told The Hollywood Reporter:Â
“We love each other just about as much as two people can love each other and we’re still talking all the time, but Freddy doesn’t like a swimming pool. It might seem like a mundane reason for a breakup, but during that pandemic, you’ve got to get your laps — I’m like Burt Lancaster in ‘The Swimmer.'”

Leo DiCaprio and Camilla Morrone
You could probably see this one coming. Leo DiCaprio is known for two things: Being an unbelievable actor, and also being a lifelong bachelor. Camila Morrone had dated Leo for four years. Despite the 23-year age difference, the two had remained solid for a long period of time. However in 2022, it was determined that the two opted to go their separate ways. If we had to guess, Leo probably will dip his toes back into the dating waters with a woman as young (if not younger).

Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin
This separation also surprised a lot of people. The iconic 76-year-old writer/director/actor/producer had been married to Jennifer Flavin since 1997. The couple have three daughters together (Sistine, Scarlet, Sophia). A divorce was filed in August of this year by Flavin — which to many was a complete and utter shock. However, we’re happy to report that the couple have seemingly reconciled over the last few months. The strength of family and love was a bond that ultimately couldn’t be broken.

Anthony Anderson and Alvina Stewart
Actor Anthony Anderson has seen his career totally take off and blossom over the last 15 years. A working actor from Los Angeles, he got his big break as the lead on the critically acclaimed hit Blackish. Throughout the years, the backbone to Anderson’s career had been wife Alvina. Having two kids together, they were first married in 1999. Initially, a divorce was filed in 2015 (though they ended up back with one another). However, seven years later, yet another divorce petition was filed — thus sadly ending their 22-year relationship.

Cheryl Burke and Matthew Lawrence
DWTS performer Cheryl Burke and actor Matthew Lawrence (Mrs. Doubtfire, Boy Meets World) actually dated for a couple of years when brother Joey Lawrence was on the show as a contestant. Years later in 2017, the couple got back together and ended up tying the knot in 2019. It appeared as if it would be a long-lasting relationship. However, Burke filed for divorce in February of this year. Reportedly, the two are currently in a custody battle over their dog, Ysabella.

Mike Castellon and Alex Guarnaschelli
Food Network legend Alex Guarnaschelli had been a single mom for quite some time. Her energy on screen is palpable, and the success she has as both a restauranteur and a television personality is quite impressive. In June of 2020, she announced an engagement to fellow Chef Michael Castellon. She often documented their relationship via Instagram (which even included a romantic trip to Europe). Sadly after five years of dating, the couple broke off their engagement this year.

Aaron Rodgers and Shailene Woodley
This was a very high profile relationship in the media. Whether it was taking Hawaiian vacations with Miles Teller — or canoodling on social media — actress Shailene Woodley and star athlete Aaron Rodgers were one of Hollywood’s biggest couples. After Rodgers’ relationship with Danica Patrick ended, Woodley and Rodgers began dating in 2020. The two even went as far as to get engaged. However, both California natives decided to pull the plug on their engagement in February of this year.

Cory Booker and Rosario Dawson
This was a couple no one really saw coming. Politician Cory Booker had entered a relationship with famed actress Rosario Dawson. Booker had flirted with running for President a few times, and Dawson has been a longtime actress with a penchant for crushing it in dramatic roles. They met at a political fundraiser and totally hit it off. However after two years of dating, the couple ended their relationship in February of this year. With that said, reportedly they are still good friends to this day.

Kanye West and Julia Fox
Before Kanye made headlines for some other reasons we won’t get into (since you all know what that entails), he was in a relationship post-Kim Kardashian with actress Julia Fox. Fox — born in Italy — first garnered notoriety for her role in the film Uncut Gems. She also became famous for her artistic flair as a fashion icon. The relationship between her and Kanye reportedly wasn’t too long, and was said to end in the early part of 2022.

Bill Hader and Anna Kendrick
Hollywood darlings Anna Kendrick and Bill Hader quietly got together in 2020. It took many by surprise, as the two were not ‘linked’ via the hoards of tabloids out there. The unconventional nature of the pandemic period allowed the two to date rather anonymously away from the limelight. However in June of 2022, it was reported that the two ended up officially breaking up. The two previously met on Hader’s past gig Saturday Night Live, and even worked on a Christmas-themed movie together (Noelle).

Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson
The legend of Pete Davidson dating women out of his league continued here with Kim Kardashian. After meeting one another on the set of SNL, Davidson’s humor ended up working in his favor. The two started dating, with Davidson often accompanying Kim to various high-profile events (as seen above). Davidson was even a fixture in the lives of Kim’s children. After nine months of dating, the two ended up calling it quits. Since then, Davidson has allegedly been linked to Emily Ratajkowski.

Trevor Noah and Minka Kelly
Talk about a good looking couple. Talk show host/comedian Trevor Noah and Friday Night Lights star Minka Kelly were involved in a relationship for roughly a year-and-a-half. They reportedly started dating in 2020, and various reports insisted the relationship had an ‘on-off’ feel to it. Things officially ended in 2022 according to various outlets. Since then, it’s unknown as to whom Kelly may be dating. Some reports indicate that Noah may have moved on to pop star Dua Lipa.

For a year-and-a-half, reports indicate that A-List star Michael B. Jordan was dating Lori Harvey — the daughter of famed comedian Steve Harvey. The two were striking together, as both possess model looks and some serious style/charisma. Despite the 10-year age difference, it seemed as if the former couple were on the right page. However this past June, reports indicated that the two had broken up. Both continue to be huge fixtures within the real of media, pop culture, and everything in-between.

Shakira and Gerard Pique
In 2011, Columbian pop star Shakira started dating famed soccer player Gerard Pique. Throughout their relationship, the couple had two boys. Though the couple were together for over a decade, they never officially married. Splitting time between Europe and the U.S., it was determined in 2022 that the couple would no longer be together. They released this statement to Reuters:
“We regret to confirm that we are separating. For the wellbeing of our children, who are our highest priority, we ask that you respect their privacy.”

Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen
For years, the star football player and the Brazilian model were considered among the most popular couples in the world. The parents to two children, you’d often see Gisele at Tom’s games rooting him on. This year, things took a turn for the worse. Brady left training camp for over a week to tend to some personal things. Some speculated it was over his marriage. After first dating in 2006 and marrying in 2009, their 13-year relationship came to an end in 2022. Sadly, their divorce was finalized officially in October.

This was a couple no one really saw coming. In the wake of her high-profile split with Harry Styles, Wilde reportedly found herself dating the mega pop star. Wilde directed Styles in the critically-acclaimed thriller Don’t Worry Darling. After spending so much time with one another, naturally the two began to date. However in November of 2022, it was said that the two reportedly have taken a break. Styles is set to go on tour — whereas Wilde is working on other projects.
