The Greatest Music Documentaries of All-Time

25. Rhyme & Reason (1997)

We’re going a little old school with this selection. Rhyme & Reason is a good place to start since it does a solid job telling the story of rap and hip hop. Some of the genre’s biggest names, like Chuck D, Ice-T and Sean Combs are involved. For those fans looking for a little nostalgia, this is a go-to option. That also goes for any new fans wanting to see how rap went from a form of musical expression to being worth billions.
