The 30 Funniest People on Earth Right Now

Bill Burr

The brash Bostonian is still atop his game as one of the country’s most prolific standup performers. Traditionally, Burr doesn’t pull any punches — and often chooe to delicately tightrope the line between PC content and operating the ‘controversial’ gray area.

His comedic elements have more recently been utilized in the realms of film and television. He played the gruff yet sensitive stepfather role to Pete Davidson in The King of Staten Island. Most recently, he featured in the black comedy television series Reservation Dogs — where he portrayed a basketball coach-turned-driving instructor (who also was a pseudo mentor in the process).
