Beco do Batman (Sao Paulo, Brazil)
Beco do Batman is unique from the standpoint that it’s not one specific mural — but rather an entire neighborhood dedicated solely to the immensely gifted artists in Sao Paulo. Brazil as a whole is very street art-friendly. When in the country, you’ll see few walls, buildings, or surfaces without some sort of organic art on it.
This specific area in the ritzy Vila Madalena neighborhood is comprised of a bunch of tiny streets, where street art reigns supreme. Some of the noteworthy artists featured here include OSGEMEOS and Speto. In fact, we’ll wager that the country of Brazil itself is the mecca when it comes to spectacular street art.
