Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan
This former couple was the talk of the town for quite some time. Tatum exploded after roles in Coach Carter and Step Up. In fact, he met Dewan — a trained dancer — while while filming Step Up. Aside from being a stunning couple visually, the two had a seemingly great rapport in public. They married in 2009, and had a daughter in 2013.
However, the two separated in 2018. Tatum told Vanity Fair exactly the reason behind the split:
“We fought for [our marriage] for a really long time, even though we both sort of knew that we had sort of grown apart. But when you’re actually parents, you really understand differences between the two of you. Because it is screaming at you all day long. How you parent differently, how you look at the world, how you go through the world.”

Will Arnett and Amy Poehler
The pair of comedians seemed like a match made in heaven. Marrying in 2003, Poehler and Arnett even appeared in a few of the same shows together (though not always necessarily as husband and wife). The couple dated for nine years before eventually ending the marriage. Along the way, Poehler and Arnett had two boys. Even though the breakup was reportedly not easy on either of them, both have remained connected as it pertains to raising their children with love and togetherness.

Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone
We’ve seen numerous examples of actors meeting on set, and eventually developing romantic feelings for one another. Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield know all about that. Having met on The Amazing Spider-Man, the duo dated for over four years.
No one would’ve thought that a breakup was coming. Publicly, the two were very smitten with one another. Stone even popped up on stage when Garfield hosted Saturday Night Live in 2014. Alas, the two were ultimately not meant to be. Stone married a man who ironically enough works on SNL. They had a daughter together in 2021.

Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber
Young love is often explosive, fast, and exciting. Yet…it also has a penchant for burning out quite quickly. Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber fit that mold. However, it’s amplified by 1000x due to their nature as pop culture giants.
The two were friends technically before dipping their proverbial toes into the pool of dating. February of 2011 is when they got together — but by November of 2012 the relationship had reportedly run its course. After some social media drama revolving around allegations of cheating (which also included long periods reportedly of zero contact with one another), the two briefly rekindled their relationship. With that said, it appeared to burn out yet again in March of 2018.

Daniel Day-Lewis and Isabelle Adjani
Daniel Day-Lewis has always been somewhat of an eclectic and colorful character. Of course, his acting exploits are legendary. Perhaps no other performer better throws themselves into method acting like Day-Lewis. While that may be the case, his relationships haven’t always been smooth.
According to Daily Mail, he broke off a six-year partnership with French actress Isabelle Adjani once finding out she was pregnant. The method? He broke up with her reportedly via fax. Later, he was reportedly dating a fitness instructor from New York. Said fitness instructor then was told reportedly that Day-Lewis had married another woman (Rebecca Miller — daughter of Arthur) on a whim.

Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens
High School Musical was one of the most popular entities to come from Disney in the last 30 years. Two primary reasons for the success included Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens as leads within the project. Both of them fell heavily in love on set, and the chemistry between them was truly undeniable.
Meeting during the audition process, the relationship between the two would last a whopping five years. In a sense, the audience got to watch them grow up with one another…as well as getting a front row seat to the relationship unfolding. However in 2010, after five years of dating, Hudgens and Efron called it quits. Over the years, the two have sparingly kept in contact.

Evan Peters and Emma Roberts
The two Hollywood starlets met on the 2012 film Adult World. From there, they began dating — a relationship which lasted roughly seven years. However, the relationship was far from smooth sailing. A year into dating, Roberts was reportedly arrested for an alleged domestic violence issue. The two got engaged a year later — and called off the engagement a year after that.
Still, the connection never seemed to fade. More dating ensued — before another breakup occurred. Then, as par for the course, the couple reportedly got back together again. Ultimately in 2019, the relationship ended for good.

Diane Kruger and Joshua Jackson
Whenever you call a breakup ‘liberating’, you know it probably wasn’t going well. German actress Diane Kruger and Canadian actor Joshua Jackson had been together for essentially a decade before breaking up. She spoke with Vulture about what exactly happened:
“This was a long time coming. Also we broke up many months before we said we were broken up, so by the time I made that decision, it didn’t feel like it was so urgent anymore. You don’t break up overnight after 10 years, you know what I mean? Actually, it felt liberating because I didn’t have to worry about that anymore, so I could immerse myself 100 percent into something else.”

Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston
Talk about a high-profile relationship. Aniston was arguably the most popular television actress based off her role in Friends. Pitt was — and continues to be a global star based upon a plethora of big-time performances on the silver screen (such as in Fight Club).
These two literally looked like the perfect couple one would construct in a lab. Yet, all good things come to an end. The couple reportedly dated for two years before getting married in 2000. Pitt even guest starred on Aniston’s famed show. However, rumors circulated over the relationship Pitt had cultivated with his future wife Angelina Jolie on the set of Mr. and Mrs. Smith. Soon after, he and Aniston broke up.

Sean Penn and Madonna
Talk about a couple brimming with starpower. You’ve got an iconic pop star tying the knot with one of the greatest actors of the last 40 years. The two reportedly met on set for one of Madonna’s music videos. Six months later, the duo decided to get married.
However, the union soon turned rocky. There were multiple reports suggesting jealousy on Penn’s end. Multiple probation violations had Penn spend over a month in jail. Madonna filed for divorce — though withdrew the request. Two years later, amidst plenty of controversy and alleged rumors, she filed again — where this time the two did get divorced officially.

Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval
Vanderpump Rules is a reality television show following the hijinks of vapid 30-somethings as they navigate life in Los Angeles after having all met working at the same West Hollywood-based restaurant. Of course, drama is par for the course here. The two shown above — Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix — met working at said restaurant. The two dated for nearly a decade, and this included buying an opulent suburban house together.
Well…reports have recently indicated that Tom was caught cheating on Ariana with another member of the cast (a woman named Rachel aka Raquel Leviss). The affair caused a seismic ripple effect to the point that Tom and Rachel are now legitimately depicted as villains across all social media platforms. The whole situation has even been called ‘The Scandoval’.

Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger
For 25 years, the famed actor was married to the niece of former President John F. Kennedy. Shriver had built a highly successful career for herself as a journalist and author, while Schwarzenegger’s personal life was large than his sizable, muscled frame. The couple had four children together.
The marriage ultimately came to an end when it was revealed that Arnold had an affair with a member of the home’s staff. It led to the birth of a baby boy. This revelation occurred in 2011. However, the divorce wasn’t finalized until 2021.

Courteney Cox and David Arquette
Meeting on the set of Scream, these two high-energy actors seemed like a perfect match. Cox was crushing it in every role she starred in, and Arquette was quirky — yet endearing all the same. The duo married in 1999, and stayed married for 12 years before divorcing (having one child together — a girl).
Cox had this to say about the divorce (in a joint statement which was reported by The List):
“We’ve done couples therapy in the past. We’re not lazy about our marriage. We have the same arguments we’ve had for years. We have agreed to a trial separation that dates back for some time. The reason for this separation is to better understand ourselves and the qualities we need in a partner and for our marriage. We remain best friends and responsible parents to our daughter and we still love each other deeply.”

Cher and Sonny
This was a case whether the balance between maintaining a relationship off-screen — while working to keep a show on-screen going — may have been too much. There’s no doubt that the couple had undeniable chemistry with one another. It’s a big reason why millions all around the world loved the music, comedy, and content coming from both figures.
Marrying in 1964, Sonny and Cher decided to divorce in 1975. Both split to do their own shows, and never quite reached the same level of success from a comedic standpoint (even though Cher’s career ended up blossoming as she got older).

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner
Again we’re speaking about two heavyweights in their respective fields. Affleck’s career as an actor, writer, and director has made him a true A-lister. The same can be said for Garner — who’s enjoyed a ton of success on the silver screen and on television. In 2005, the couple married a short courting period.
After having three children together, the couple sadly divorced in 2015 — with the divorce being official in 2017. Unfortunately, the media/paparazzo have not been kind to either in the wake of the split. Affleck’s personal issues with alcohol have reportedly been tapped into in a very exploiting way. Duly, his relationship with Jennifer Lopez seemingly has dragged Garner’s name back into the past — when both are focused on the present and future.

Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling
The fictional story of The Notebook on-screen had an unintended real life spin-off. Leads Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling ended up falling in love with each other after being a couple in the film. Ironically, reports indicated that both Canadian actors did not get along with one another when the movie first started shooting. Alas, the couple did ultimately fall in love.
Reports indicated that the difficult industry of showbusiness did put a strain on their relationship. Duly, there were unconfirmed rumors that the two weren’t on the same page when it came to having children. After dating for two years, McAdams and Gosling went their separate ways.

Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey
In 2008, the world class singer married the television personality. Within three years of being married, Cannon and Carey had twins. Things seemed to be going well, as both were thriving in the world of entertainment. Carey continued to make brilliant music, and Cannon hosted a plethora of very successful shows. However, six years after tying the knot, the couple filed for divorce.
According to one recent report from RadarOnline, Carey was on the precipice of fighting for primary custody of their now-11-year-old kids. However, the report indicates that this is no longer the case.

Laura Dern and Billy Bob Thornton
While all breakups are rough, this one in particular was not pleasant — especially for Dern. Meeting in 1997, the two actors began dating and eventually living with each other. All seemed to be well. However, Thornton then ended up meeting Angelina Jolie.
As time passed, Dern was away filming another project (and still dating Billy Bob). Unknowingly, Thornton reportedly moved out of their place and stopped talking to Dern. Dern then found out that when she was away filming, Thornton got married to Jolie without any sort of notice.
Dern reportedly said this to Talk magazine: “I left our home to work on a movie, and while I was away, my boyfriend got married, and I’ve never heard from him again. It’s like a sudden death. For no one has there been any closure or clarity.”

Matt Damon and Minnie Driver
This was a love story we thought was destined to last. Good Will Hunting cultivated a real-life relationship between Minnie Driver and Matt Damon (which was also fictionally chronicled on-screen as well). Damon’s charm plus Driver’s charisma really made this couple work. However, it soon all came crashing down.
Damon went on Oprah, and it was there where he announced on national television that he was single. This was reportedly news to Minnie — who had no idea he was going to do that. Driver said this to the LA Times:
“It’s unfortunate that Matt went on Oprah. It seemed like a good forum for him to announce to the world that we were no longer together, which I found fantastically inappropriate. Of course, he was busy declaring his love for me on David Letterman a month previously.”

Jason Sudeikis and Oliva Wilde
There are many layers featured in the breakup between actors Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde. The couple had two kids together, and were engaged for seven years. However, a bitter divorce has led to a number of reported allegations. Wilde reportedly alleges that Sudeikis doesn’t pay child support. Disputes over where the divorce hearings will be held have raged on, and Wilde reportedly wants Sudeikis to foot the $500,000 bill owed to her lawyer over the on-going court proceedings.
Even more interesting, if one watches Sudeikis’s hit show Ted Lasso, the fallout from his divorce to Wilde seemingly can be viewed through the prism of Lasso’s relationship between himself, his son, and his ex-wife.

Amber Heard and Johnny Depp
There’s really not a whole lot to say about this breakup that already hasn’t been said elsewhere. It was an intense connection gone awry — with both public figures and their reputations damaged in the process. It would take days to describe the intricacies involved in this relationship. Simply said, it’s probably for the best that Heard and Depp are no longer an item.

Anna Faris and Chris Pratt
At one time, it was Faris considered to be the more well-known actor comparatively speaking to her then-husband. However, Pratt became somewhat of an action star in big-budget films — which turned the tables considerably. The two West Coast natives got married in 2009 and had a son together in 2012. However, they suddenly divorced out of nowhere in 2017. They announced a joint statement on Facebook:
“Anna and I are sad to announce we are legally separating. We tried hard for a long time, and we’re really disappointed. Our son has two parents who love him very much and for his sake we want to keep this situation as private as possible moving forward. We still have love for each other, will always cherish our time together and continue to have the deepest respect for one another.”

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes
Everyone remembers Tom Cruise jumping up and down on Oprah’s couch during an interview in which he was gushing over his new relationship. The girl in question happened to be Katie Holmes from — among other projects — Dawson’s Creek. Cruise started calling her ‘Kate’ after a quick engagement and marriage. The couple have one child together, and various reports indicated that Holmes left her raised religion of Catholicism for Cruise’s Scientology.
However, Holmes later filed for divorce — reportedly something which Cruise “didn’t expect”. HuffPost reported that Holmes wanted to protect their daughter from Scientology (she reportedly also got sole custody of their child). To this day, Holmes doesn’t comment publicly on the divorce or the circumstances around it.

Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian
This was a fascinating relationship. We essentially saw it play out on television for over a decade. First meeting in 2006, the former couple dated for nearly 10 years. Drama usually followed in some form or fashion despite Scott and Kourtney welcoming three children into the world.
While the relationship almost never ran smoothly, Scott still is considered to be a beloved member of the family. While he’s had a number of high-profile relationships in the wake of this one to Kourtney, he still finds himself not married. However, Kourtney did find love in the form of famed Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker. The two married in 2022.

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries
There were more than a handful of people questioning the validity of this union. For one, the ‘chemistry’ between Kim Kardashian and former NBA player Kris Humphries wasn’t exactly readily apparent. Regardless, the two got engaged less than a year after dating. The entire wedding process was captured on camera for all in the reality television world to see.
However, after less than three months of being married (72 days, to be exact), the union was called off. Kim had filed for divorce, and the settlement itself wasn’t fully agreed upon until two years later.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West
If you want a high-profile relationship, look no further than this one. Kanye West — for all of his eccentricities — is a musical genius. He will go down as one of the most transcendent rappers of all-time. His marriage to Kim Kardashian was splashed on newspapers across every country on Earth. It was a massive deal, and the couple celebrated the marriage by having four kids.
However, the marriage eventually turned south for a plethora of reasons. After being married in 2014, the union was legally dissolved in November of 2022.

Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey
It was also fate that two of the biggest pop stars on the planet would fall in love. At the time, both were young 20-somethings just breaking into the industry. Nick was a member of the band 98 Degrees, and Simpson was a solo artist. As par for the course, the couple broke up — yet got back together again. A proposal and marriage both came in the year 2002. From there, their lives were chronicled on a reality show aired on MTV entitled Newlyweds.
Ultimately, three years later, the couple ended up announcing that they would be divorcing. Lachey was quoted in 2006 with Rolling Stone reportedly saying “I never wanted to be a divorcé. I wanted us to be happy. I guess we differed on strategy.”

Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman
These two still remain A-List actors to this day. When they fell in love and got married, there was no other couple on Earth possessing this sort of starpower. The two filmed multiple movies together, and adopted two children. There were rumors and unproven allegations that Kidman may have not been thrilled with Cruise’s dedication to Scientology. For whatever the reason, the two did divorce in 2001. Cruise said this in an interview with Vanity Fair:
“She knows why, and I know why. She’s the mother of my children, and I wish her well. And I think that you just move on. And I don’t say that lightly. I don’t say that with anything. Things happen in life, and you do everything you can, and in every possible way, and there’s a point at which you just sometimes have to face the brutal reality.”

Kim Basinger and Alec Baldwin
After meeting on the set of a film in 1991, Baldwin and Basinger fell in love. A tale as old as time — with two co-workers who spent a ton of time together, eventually leading into a relationship. In 1993, the power couple ended up marrying in Baldwin’s native New York. For seven years the couple remained an item, and this included the duo having a daughter named Ireland born in 1995.
However, things took a turn for the worse in 2000 when they separated from one another. The divorce between both was official in 2002. However, the custody issues over their daughter became addictive for virtually every tabloid magazine under the sun. We won’t repeat the infamous voicemail Baldwin left for his daughter in 2007. With that said, brace yourself if you opt to listen to it for the first time.

Kiefer Sutherland and Julia Roberts
This was a wild one. Reportedly two days before the wedding between Julia Roberts and Kiefer Sutherland, Roberts couldn’t go through with the union. Sutherland spoke about it on The Jess Cagle Show:
“I think she had courage. It wasn’t what she wanted to do in the end. And I think it took a lot of courage, in amongst all of that other stuff, to be able to say, ‘I can’t do this.’ We were both young, and we were both very much in love, we had decided that we wanted to get married, but then this other thing kind of took over. She was arguably the most famous woman in the world, and this wedding that was supposed to be something between the two of us, became something so big.”
Reportedly, the couple had been fighting the week leading up to the wedding. There were alleged rumors about infidelity. Even a story came out that Roberts reportedly flew to Ireland with Sutherland’s good friend and former co-star Jason Patric on the actual day of the wedding. Whether that actually happened or not, this story had plenty of twists and turns to it.

The Cutting Edge of Fame: Celebrity Transformations Through Plastic Surgery
Chrissy Teigen
Chrissy Teigen is a wearer of many hats. Initially a model, she’s also become a fixture within pop culture. She’s hosted a plethora of different shows, has written various cookbooks, is a very proud mom, and is a hilarious follow on social media. All in all, she’s built quite the cult following.
Teigen has been steadfast in speaking about various procedures she’s had done. She initially had breast implants — though reportedly has also had liposuction in various spots on her body. Additionally, various reports indicate that Teigen has had work done on her face — and also her eyebrows.

Doja Cat
Raised in LA, Doja Cat (real name Amala Diamini) came out of nowhere to become a massive musical hit. It started with an EP — and soon followed with a debut album. Doja then began chopping it up with other heavyweights in the industry — featuring on some massive tracks. She’s even dabbled a bit in acting, shown as a possible love interest for Lil Dicky in the hit FX show Dave.
The popular singer has publicly spilled the beans on a few procedures. According to her Twitter account, the LA native did get a breast reduction. She also spoke about getting liposuction done on her thighs.

Cardi B
Cardi B (real name Belcalis Almanzar) is a generational talent. Following in the footsteps of other New York female rappers, Cardi B built a following on social media before exploding into the realm of pop culture. No. 1 hits followed by a Grammy Award soon followed. At only 30 years of age, she’s just scratching the surface on what should be a lengthy career.
Reportedly wanting to have a curvier build, Cardi B decided to get butt injections. However, these were not done at a hospital or clinic. According to an interview she did with GQ, Cardi B got the injections done in a basement in her native Queens. The discomfort, according to Cardi B, was “the craziest pain ever. I felt like I was gonna pass out.”

Ariel Winter
Ariel Winter has long been a successful child actor. Following in the footsteps of her brother (who was Pugsley in The Addams Family films during the ’90’s), Winter first started as a voice-over actress before getting her big break. Modern Family turned out to be one of the most successful sitcoms over the last 25 years. Winter played the brainy middle child, Alex.
Sadly, Winter reportedly suffered from bullying and actual pain due to the size of her breasts. As she told People, she ended up getting a breast reduction as a result of both factors.

Joe Jonas
One-third of the famed Jonas Brothers group, Joe Jonas has more than cultivated a very loyal fanbase along the way. After participating in the brother-based band, he has splintered off periodically to create his own music (for which he’s become quite famous). In addition to his music exploits, Jonas also has acted in a number of Disney Channel-based films.
Joe Jonas has had work done?! In a word, yes. According to the pop culture icon, Jonas has reportedly had multiple injections to clear up some cosmetic issues on his face. One of the injections includes Xeomin. It’s said to be an alternative to Botox. This was used — in Jonas’s case — to smooth over frown lines and a scar he had near his eyebrows.

Ben Savage
Ben Savage has long been a fixture within the world of entertainment. Starting out as a child actor, he got his big break as the lead in the cult sitcom Boy Meets World. While his acting career has somewhat slowed in recent years, Savage is still in the spotlight. In 2023, he formally filed paperwork to run for Congress in California’s 30th Congressional District.
Before his political career got launched, he did reprise his role as Cory Matthews in the spin-off Girl Meets World. In 2014, outlet Daily Mail cobbled together a few ‘before-and-after’ pictures of Savage — insinuating that he may have gone under the knife (when speaking about his upcoming role on that show).

Iggy Azalea
Iggy Azalea (real name Amethyst Kelly) really did achieve the American dream in a way few could imagine. She broke into the music industry as an unknown rapper — leaving her native Australia and ultimately making a name for herself in the United States. She quickly rose up charts, crafted a number of hit singles, and simultaneously become a pop culture icon in the process.
Clearly, Iggy’s appearance has changed over the years. She’s been very open about the procedures she’s had. Even her plastic surgeon — Dr. Ashkan Ghavami — gave an interview with People speaking about the procedures she had. Those include a surgery on her nose, and on her breasts.

Wayne Newton
Wayne Newton truly should be considered Las Vegas royalty. The iconic singer has been performing for over 60 years. Now at age 81, he’s still performing to this day in Vegas for his loyal fans. It’s quite a testament to both Newton’s work ethic and unbelievable talent. “Danke Shoen” is among his biggest hits, and you’ve surely seen it performed countless times in various films and television shows.
While Newton hasn’t publicly commented on his ever-changing appearance, pictures throughout the years seem to indicate that potential work may have been done (though there’s no clear confirmation on that educated guess).

Sharon Osbourne
Sharon Osbourne has long been the matriarch of the famous family. While husband Ozzy was starring on stage as a true rock legend, Sharon was busy helping to raise their two children, Jack and Kelly. When the family dipped its toes into the reality television pond, they became a transcendent unit — where reality TV took off and exploded into a highly popular entity.
Throughout the years, Sharon’s look has certainly changed. She has not been shy about going into some of the procedures she’s had done. In an interview with U.K. news outlet Sunday Times, she talked about getting a facelift which took over five hours to complete. At first, she reportedly was unhappy with the procedure. However, Sharon grew to love it.

Bruce Jenner (now Caitlyn Jenner)
Earlier in life, Bruce Jenner was an Olympic hero. The New York native won the Gold medal in the men’s decathlon event at the 1976 Olympics. From there, Jenner became a motivational speaker and a highly successful entrepreneur. However, his fame exploded further as the supportive parent within the ‘Kardashian’ universe.
Ultimately, Jenner would transition — and eventually became known as Caitlyn. A memoir was written in which Jenner reportedly spoke about undergoing a gender reassignment procedure. She’s reportedly said over the years that she’s also had work done on her jawline, breasts, and forehead.

Priyanka Chopra
A native of India, Chopra eventually entered the world of acting after being a pageant participant for years (which included winning the title of Miss World 2000 at the age of 18). First acting in her native country, Chopra eventually made her way stateside — starring in projects such as Quantico, Baywatch, and The Matrix Resurrections. In 2018, she married fellow star Nick Jonas.
Chopra speaks openly about a tough procedure involving her nose. Something that was supposed to be quite simple ended up becoming a nightmare. She had a nose procedure to clear up constant symptoms of head colds (by shaving down polyps). Instead — as she wrote about in her memoir — something bad happened. The doctor reportedly made a mistake by accidentally shaving the bridge of her nose, and it ultimately collapsed:
“My original nose was gone. My face looked completely different. I wasn’t me anymore. Every time I looked in the mirror, a stranger looked back at me, and I didn’t think my sense of self or my self-esteem would ever recover from the blow.”

Jane Fonda
The daughter of famed actor Henry Fonda, Jane carved out quite a career for herself independent of her family’s background. Of course, she was a stunning model for quite sometime. However, Fonda’s true talents came on screen as an actress. She’s received Tony and Emmy Award nominations over the years. However, arguably Jane’s best accomplishment came when winning multiple Oscar Awards for Best Actress (Coming Home, Klute).
In an interview with Vogue, Fonda spoke about the intricacies in getting a facelift:
“We all know a lot of women who are wealthy who’ve had all kinds of facelifts and things like that and they look terrible. I had a facelift and I stopped because I don’t want to look distorted. I’m not proud of the fact that I had [one].”

Dolly Parton
The Tennessee legend has earned 11 Grammy Awards over her illustrious career. The genre of country music really wouldn’t be the same without her presence. To this day, Parton is lauded as a serious role model within the genre — as well as being a highly successful actress, entrepreneur, and all-around good person.
Parton has been very transparent about the work she’s had done. In multiple interviews done over the years, she’s spoken about the various procedures done to her body. Among them, Parton is reportedly said to have undergone a brow lift, breast implants, and eyelid surgery.

Bella Hadid
Hadid comes from a very well-to-do family. Her mother Yolanda was a very successful model from the Netherlands. Her father Mohamed is a highly successful real estate developer/entrepreneur with roots in Palestine (though he grew up in Greece, Tunisia, Syria, and the United States). As is the case with many on this list, Bella’s modeling career indirectly stemmed from the family’s appearance on reality television.
In a Vogue article, Bella Hadid did admit to getting her nose done when she was 14 years old. In her later years, she reportedly seemed to regret the decision. Other than that, Hadid insists she hasn’t gotten anything else done. Even when people comment on the shape of her eyes, she was quoted as saying “Whoever thinks I’ve gotten my eyes lifted or whatever, it’s called face tape! The oldest trick in the book.”

Cher
Talk about a talent. You’d be hard-pressed to find someone who has the immense talent in both the worlds of acting and music. Whether as a part of the iconic Sonny & Cher duo — or as a solo artist — Cher has established herself as a global icon. From an acting standpoint, she evolved from a comedic performer to one who excels in dramatic roles (as we saw in Mask, Moonstruck, The Witches of Eastwick, and Silkwood). When then throwing in her experience on Broadway, few can match Cher’s illustrious career.
In terms of actual procedures, Cher has admitted to getting her breasts done. Other than that, she prides herself on aging gracefully without the presence of fillers and other things.

Tom Brady
You all know the story. He’s the Northern California kid who went to Michigan, had a decent college career, and was picked late in the NFL Draft by the New England Patriots. From there, Brady developed into the best player in the history of professional football. He’s the consummate winner, champion, leader of men, and role model for those looking to rise up from an underdog status and emerge as a star.
Over the years, Brady has actually slimmed down from his original frame when first entering the league. It’s a bit of a reversal from most, who seem to gain weight as they get older. We cannot confirm any potential procedures Brady has had done. However, there’s clearly a big difference in appearance.

Mickey Rourke
The tough guy out of Miami (via New York) has long been associated with those action-packed films where Rourke can show both his physicality and charm. A true leading man, there’s a real sense of charisma emanating from his performances. After a long hiatus from acting, Rourke garnered an Oscar nomination for his role in The Wrestler. Since then, he’s been involved in a number of big-budget films.
When Rourke went on hiatus from acting, he reverted back to his past as a boxer. The constant pounding and physical punishment took a toll to his face. As such, Rourke speaks openly about how the surgeries were done to help fix the damage left on his face left from boxing (which included his nose being broken multiple times, among other things).

Courteney Cox
You all know Cox from her role as Monica on Friends. It was Cox’s big break — and easily the character she’s most well-known for. Among her other noteworthy performances, Cox also appeared in Cougar Town, Scream, and Ace Ventura: Pet Detective. The Alabama native was also involved in relationships with fellow actors Michael Keaton and David Arquette.
Cox is another actress who is quite candid about her past work, and why she’s opted to dissolve the fillers she once had put into her face. She spoke about it with NY Post:
“There was a time when you go, ‘Oh, I’m changing. I’m looking older.’ And I tried to chase that [youthfulness] for years. And I didn’t realize that, oh s–t, I’m actually looking really strange with injections and doing stuff to my face that I would never do now.”

Khloe Kardashian
A socialite, model, businesswoman, entrepreneur and mother, Khloe Kardashian literally does it all. She went from being simply ‘Kim’s younger sister’ to breaking out and really coming into her own as an iconic figure. Khloe especially is invested in the world of fashion — where she co-founded the clothing brand GOOD AMERICAN.
Khloe is not one to pull punches. Despite the constant speculation over her appearance, she reportedly told Bravo’s Andy Cohen about one specific procedure:
“Everyone says, ‘Oh my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant.’ I’ve had one nose job. Everyone gets so upset, like, why don’t I talk about it? No one’s ever asked me. [Andy Cohen was] the first person that’s ever asked me in an interview about my nose.”

Kris Jenner
The matriarch of the Kardashian family, Kris Jenner is without a doubt one of the most successful people on the planet. She’s a master at marketing her family, and extracting every bit of financial wealth from the value this collective unit brings. While a brilliant business mind, she’s also a loving mother and grandmother — as seen on the family’s reality show.
Jenner has admitted to getting work done as she approaches her 70th birthday. Reportedly, Jenner has spoken openly about getting botox, laser treatments, and fillers. Duly, she’s also mentioned having breast implants and a neck lift.

Mark McGrath
Mark McGrath was a massive heartthrob throughout the late ’90’s and into the 2000’s. As the frontman of the band Sugar Ray, he helped in engineering some massive hits — including “Fly”, “Someday”, and “When It’s Over”. In addition to being a singer, McGrath has been a big media personality — reporting on pop culture and spending time on various reality shows.
In terms of his personal looks, there have been many rumors McGrath has gone under the knife for some facial improvements. However, according to a Twitter post in 2018, he adamantly denies any plastic surgery:
“Silly I have to respond to ridiculous plastic surgery rumors, but here goes…I have NEVER had any plastic surgery done, I’m just naturally beautiful,” he wrote on Twitter alongside a pair of laughing emoji. “Funny to hear these so called experts insist I have…back to the real world.”

Kim Kardashian
It’s safe to say that Kim Kardashian is probably the most well-known person on the planet at this point (just check her social media accounts). Kim and her family exploded within the scene of reality television. From there, the Kardashian/Jenner families delved into the worlds of makeup, fashion, modeling, and other entrepreneurial avenues. All the while, Kim appears to be the unofficial ringleader of the group.
Kim has been a bit coy as to the work she’s had done. In one interview, she talked about getting a bit of Botox. However, other than that, the only other noteworthy procedure Kim has talked about involved getting butt injections in 2016 (though reportedly it was for the treatment of psoriasis).

Kylie Jenner
At one point, Kylie was one of the little sisters sort of floating in the background during the height of the Kardashian fame. She’d hang with sister Kendall while the older siblings shared the limelight. Well, as it turned out, Kylie had her own plans — and that included becoming one of the most successful people on Earth (at a very young age) with a massively global makeup empire.
Aside from her natural maturing into being a young adult, Kylie insists that she’s gotten minimal work done. During an episode of the family’s reality show, it was reported that Kylie received some lip fillers at the age of 15. As she told Paper in 2019, “People think I fully went under the knife and completely reconstructed my face, which is completely false. I’m terrified! I would never.”

Madonna
As she approaches her mid-’60’s, Madonna is still going strong as a performer. Her career has been truly transcendent. She could’ve been an award-winning actress had she focused all of her time on that artistic medium. Instead, she became one of the biggest pop artists to ever grace the stage.
Madonna may have left some breadcrumbs for those thinking she may have gone under the proverbial knife. On Feb. 20, 2023, she made a Twitter post addressing rumors over her appearance. Posting a picture of herself, she offered this caption:
“Look how cute i am now that swelling from surgery has gone down. Lol.”

NeNe Leakes
NeNe Leakes has truly enjoyed a very successful career. Piggybacking off her spot on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Leakes — a fan favorite — turned to the world of acting. She made 13 appearances on the hit show Glee. She was also a series regular on The New Normal — and even acted on Broadway. Suffice it to say, but Leakes is a very talented performer.
Leakes is certainly someone to wear her emotions on her sleeves. As such, she’s totally comfortable with speaking about the procedures she’s had. According to various reports, Leakes has spoken about getting a mini Brazilian butt lift, liposuction, a nose job, and breast augmentation.

Tyra Banks
Banks ultimately turned into one of the most famous supermodels on the planet. She appeared in every beauty magazine you could think of, and that ultimately led to Banks becoming an actress. From there, she’s hosted a number of different shows (as she still continues to do).
The beauty out of Los Angeles has admitted over the years that she did get slight alterations on her already gorgeous appearance. When speaking to People, Banks admitted that she had her nose done early on in her career. She also spoke about opting to get the insertion of fake hair (eyebrows).

Julie Chen Moonves
You may know Julie Chen as the famed host of Big Brother. Other than that, Chen has carved out a very successful career as a reporter, media personality, and interviewer. She grew up in New York, and attended college in Los Angeles. Now the mother of one, she balances her responsibilities wonderfully as a mother and entrepreneur.
Chen’s journey with plastic surgery is rather sad. When working as a reporter early in her career, she had a double eyelid procedure done on her eyes. As Chen spoke about in an interview, there was a pressure from a news director to get the surgery as a way for the audience to ‘relate’ to her better. She then spoke about it further on The Talk:
“All I could see was my eyes [after that]. And [I wondered] does [the news director] have a point? Since I first revealed my surgery on The Talk, the reaction from the Asian community — specifically from Asian women — has been tremendous. Many told me they finally felt free from feeling shamed. Others told me they wanted to get it done, but it felt like it was a dirty little secret people in the Asian community didn’t discuss, especially with non-Asians, and even with their own family.
I had one sister and one aunt who thought it was denying my heritage. It was considered shameful. A disappointment. Then there were women in non-Asian communities who were flabbergasted that this was such a thing. It was very, no pun intended, eye-opening.”

Heidi Montag
MTV was once known for music, and music only. Then…the adaptation of reality shows focused around privileged teens came into view. The Hills was a massive hit — and one of the main stars of the show was Heidi Montag. Along with future husband Spencer Pratt, Montag cultivated quite the following from the show. In recent years, she’s been known for her ever-changing appearance.
In her early 20’s, Montag reportedly gave an interview where she spoke about getting a host of procedures done. However, the harrowing aspect is that she spoke about getting 10 of these procedures done in a single day. Montag said the scariest part involved the recovery — which she wasn’t expecting (as she told People):
“Spencer thought he lost me. I died for a minute. With that much surgery, I had to have 24-hour nurse care and Spencer didn’t want to leave my side. … My security guards called Spencer and told him, ‘Heidi’s heart stopped. She’s not going to make it.’ And I easily could’ve. Cutting yourself up isn’t something I’d recommend.”

Clay Aiken
American Idol once took the world by storm. There wasn’t one week where an episode of the voice competition show didn’t captivate audiences across the globe. Clay Aiken was involved in the earlier installment of the show. Hailing from North Carolina, Aiken finished second in the second season of the show (with the winner being Ruben Studdard). Though he didn’t win the show, Aiken’s career as a media personality exploded.
Aiken has admitted that he did undergo some minor procedures to his face when appearing on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live. Aiken got an operation on his jaw for a joint disorder which controls jaw movement. Simultaneous to that, Aiken said he had fat vacuumed out of his chin.

Melanie Griffith
Melanie Griffith is quite emblematic of the Hollywood scene. She’s the daughter of Tippi Hedren, and had high-profile marriages to fellow actors in Don Johnson and Antonio Banderas. Along the way, she exploded as a very talented actress. Among her more impressive performances, Griffith starred in Buffalo Girls, RKO 281, Crazy in Alabama, Cecil B. Demented, and Milk Money.
There have long been rumors about Griffith’s changing appearance. She hasn’t shied away from speaking about the various procedures she’s had done. According to a Vanity Fair interview, people would come up to her asking about her appearance. It never really dawned on her that things were ‘off’. As such, Griffith reportedly went to a different doctor and “started dissolving all of the sh*t this other woman doctor had put in.”
