Jaden Smith
This scion of Hollywood power couple Jada Pinkett and Will Smith is more than just an outspoken Gen Z conspiracy theorist or an amateur social media philosopher. To date, Jaden has released three studio albums, starred in a handful of major tentpole feature films, and has even dabbled in some light philanthropy such as co-founding JUST (a certified B corporation that sells bottled water).
Music and fashion seem to be the young artist’s true passion, which is probably for the best as his acting in films like After Earth and The Karate Kid wasn’t of the same caliber as either of his parents.

Jack Quaid
The son of Meg Ryan and Dennis Quaid, Jack Quaid’s CV features the stereotypical nepo baby one-two punch of having attended both Crossroads School in Santa Monica and then NYU’s Tisch School (though let’s not hold that against him).
Since being cast as one of the leads in Amazon’s The Boys adaptation in 2018, Quaid has shown audiences that he has the talent to back up the pedigree. He had a leading role in Scream and is the voice of one of the main characters in Star Trek: Lower Decks. Quaid has also been tapped to appear in Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer.

Sofia Coppola
The only daughter of directors Eleanor and Francis Ford Coppola, Sofia began her career in Hollywood appearing in her father’s films. She was quite famously raked over the coals for her performance in The Godfather Part III, though in retrospect she wasn’t nearly as bad as critics made her out to be. Later she would transition to writing and directing, with The Virgin Suicides and Lost In Translation standing out as her films best to date.
Like many in the Coppola clan, Sofia is also involved in a number of other ventures including running a fashion brand and sitting on the board of a prestigious New York art gallery. Not unlike her brother Roman or cousin Gia, it’s easier to explore new ventures when you know you always have your fallback job of directing feature films

Jamie Lee Curtis
The daughter of actors Janet Leigh and Tony Curtis, Jamie Lee Curtis received her first feature film role — that of terrified babysitter Laurie Strode in John Carpenter’s Halloween — specifically because of the resume of her mother. Producer Debra Hill has said in interviews that it was too juicy of a publicity opportunity to pass up the chance to cast the daughter of the star of Psycho, the most infamous horror film to that date, for their low budget horror picture.
Jamie Lee Curtis has gone on to have an remarkable, decades-long career of her own, winning dozens of awards and accolades. However, her first bite at the proverbial apple unquestionably came not from a killer audition or some incredible luck, but because he mother was stabbed to death in the shower in an Alfred Hitchcock film.

Emma Roberts
Speaking of scream queens, this star of Scream Queens, Scream IV, and many, many seasons of American Horror Story first caught the acting bug while hanging out with her aunt, Julia Roberts, on the sets of her films. Emma is also the daughter of Eric Roberts, Julia’s formerly estranged brother and one of the most prolific actors of his generation. Fun fact: Emma was the lead in one of the most nepo-baby films of all time, Palo Alto.

Dan Levy
Just because you can be considered a nepo baby doesn’t mean you can’t also be incredibly talented (or incredibly Canadian). Dan Levy is the son of actor/comedian Eugene Levy — and he has the eyebrows to prove it. Dan started his career in entertainment as a VJ for MTV Canada, and even appeared on a handful of episodes of Degrassi: The Next Generation.
Dan’s breakout moment in Hollywood came when he and his father created and starred in the incredibly funny, wildly successful Canadian sitcom Schitt’s Creek. The show netted Dan a full mantle of award-show hardware and development deals all over town.

Colin Hanks
It can’t be easy growing up as the son of the most effortlessly likable actor in Hollywood since Jimmy Stewart, especially if you had aspirations to be an actor yourself. Then again, it probably doesn’t hurt either.
Colin Hanks really got one chance at the plate to see if he could play the leading man with his turn in Orange County. Since then, he has carved a respectable career for himself, particularly when he shows up in smaller roles in prestige television shows like Mad Men and Dexter. Honestly, the best thing that ever happened to Hanks was the world learning about his half-brother Chet. No matter what Colin does, he will never be the worst Hanks.

Dakota Johnson
Dakota Johnson is the daughter of actors Don Johnson and Melanie Griffith. Griffith herself is actually something of a nepo baby as she is the daughter of actress Tippi Hedren and Peter Griffith, an advertising executive and real estate businessman.
While Dakota’s big breakout role of course came in 2015 when she landed the lead part in the film adaptations of the Fifty Shades book series, her career started years earlier when she was cast in Crazy in Alabama, a feature film directed by her step-father Antonio Banderas and starring her mother.

Bryce Dallas Howard
The Howard family’s acting roots go all the way back to the 1940’s when Rance Howard, Bryce’s grandfather, got into the business after a stint in the US Air Force.
Bryce didn’t begin acting as a child like her father or uncle, instead getting classical training and beginning her career on the stage in New York. The story goes that she impressed M. Night Shyamalan during one of these performances and was tapped to star in The Village, punching her ticket to Hollywood. Howard has recently turned her attention behind the lens, another queue she likely took from Dad. Who knows if she will be as prolific a filmmaker as Ron.

Jane Fonda
Yes, even members of the Silent Generation can be nepo babies. Jane Fonda is the daughter of esteemed early Hollywood icon Henry Fonda and socialite Francis Ford Seymour. The outspoken actress was a model and stage actor before migrating to the screen in the 1960’s. While it may be somewhat of a forgotten classic today, it was the western comedy Cat Ballou in 1965 that truly made her a star. Today, Fonda is likely best known for her political action and philanthropy (and maybe those exercise videos).

Sam Levinson
Sam Levinson started his career in Hollywood as a child actor, landing his first role in the 1992 film Toys alongside his brother Jack. That film was unsurprisingly directed by Sam’s father Barry Levinson, the academy award winning filmmaker behind movies like Diner, Good Morning Vietnam and Rain Man.
Sam Levinson is best known now as the controversial showrunner for HBO’s hit series Euphoria. Despite the huge amount of smoke emanating from the potential personal controversy, the writer has another HBO series already in the works that he is co-producing with The Weeknd. One wonders if a non-legacy creator would have as long of a leash with a network in 2023.

Laura Dern
If there was ever a performer who could say they have acting in their blood, Laura Dern certainly has a claim. The daughter of Bruce Dern and Diane Ladd, the story goes that she was actually conceived while the two actors were working on a film together. Her first on-screen appearance was in a film starring her mother, and the two remain the only mother-daughter pair to be nominated for Academy Awards in the same film.
Laura Dern has gone on to have a career just as prolific and critically acclaimed as either of her parents, able to exist comfortably in any setting from the micro-budget independent to the hundred-million-dollar blockbuster.

Billie Lourd
Billie Lourd is an up-and-coming actress who has already become a regular member of Ryan Murphy’s roster of actors for series like Scream Queens and American Horror Story. She is the only daughter of the late, great actress and writer Carrie Fisher (who herself is a child of industry). In fact some of Lourd’s earliest work were small roles on the Star Wars sequel series, also starring her mother.
Her father is Bryan Lourd, partner and co-chairman of Creative Artists Agency (one of the most powerful talent agencies in the world). The only thing better than having a parent who is an actor for the career of a young star in Hollywood is having a parent who runs a talent agency.

Maya Hawke
There might not be a person on this list who looks more like one of those “what will my baby look like?” face merging creations than Maya Hawke. The offspring of Uma Thurman and Ethan Hawke, this young actor broke out in 2019 when she was added to the cast of the third season of Netflix’s nostalgia-fueled hit Stranger Things. Prior to that, she was already a working model and had a handful of film and television credits.
Hawke is also a musician, with two released studio albums. She’s even gotten her Dad to direct a music video for one of her singles.

Kate Hudson
Kate Hudson starred in a handful of small, low budget independent features before she landed her breakout role in Cameron Crowe’s Almost Famous in 2000. In interviews, Hudson has claimed that those early roles (in addition to some local theater work) allowed her to chart her own path through Hollywood and not simply trade on the largesse of her family. And while that may be true, having Goldie Hawn as your mother and being raised by her and her long-term boyfriend Kurt Russell has probably helped open some doors along the way.
Hudson is probably best known for her string of Rom-Coms in the 2000’s, though has done her best work in recent years appearing in films like Glass Onion and Marshall.

Jeff Bridges
Jeff Bridges is the rare actor who can actually convincingly make the argument that he’s been acting his entire life. His first appearance on film was when he was only one year old in the 1951 film The Company She Keeps. The son of prolific film and television actor Lloyd Bridges, Jeff made appearances alongside his father in series like Sea Hunt and The Lloyd Bridges Show through the ’60’s.
Like his brother, Beau, Jeff would go on to have a remarkable career on his own, but those early television appearances set him up for the success that he would find in the 1970’s when he finally broke out as a star in films like The Last Picture Show and Thunderbolt and Lightfoot.

Zoe Kravitz
Zoë is the daughter of musician Lenny Kravitz and the amazing Lisa Bonet. Who knew that two stunningly beautiful people would produce someone so stunningly beautiful. Zoë is a model, singer and actress who has impressed recently with performances in series like Pretty Little Lies and films like The Batman and Kimi. Kravitz was also the star of her own Hulu original series, High Fidelity, based on a film from the 2000’s that starred her mother.
Kravitz is also dipping her foot into the world of directing, with the upcoming Pussy Island (which she also co-wrote). Also, did you know that Zoë Kravitz is a distant, distant relative of Al Roker? Small world.

Lily Collins
Lily Collins began her acting career at the age of two with a part on Growing Pains (no not that growing pains, the short-lived BBC show). The English actress and model built quite the resume for herself through the 2010’s, appearing in highly regarded film and television projects like Okja, Les Miserables, and Mank. Collins is also the star of her own Netflix series Emily in Paris.
Lily is also the daughter of rock star Phil Collins. And while she chose to go into a different field than her father (who would want the pressure to try and top “Sussudio”) having the former Genesis frontman and Academy Award winner in your corner can only help your cause.

Jake and Maggie Gyllenhaal
When your family has its own Wikipedia page charting your history back to Swedish nobility in the 1600’s, you’re going to end up on a nepo baby list. Those are just the rules.
Maggie and Jake are the children of two working writer-directors in Hollywood: Stephen Gyllenhaal and Naomi Foner Gyllenhaal. Both siblings got early work appearing in small roles in their father’s films such as Homegrown and A Dangerous Woman (though Jake’s actual first on-screen appearance came in City Slickers).
While Jake would break out first with a star-making performance in October Sky in 1999, Maggie would soon follow with her role in the 2002 film Secretary.

Rooney and Kate Mara
Kate and her younger sister Rooney’s family own TWO foundational franchises in the National Football League. The Mara family (their father’s side) own the New York Giants while the Rooney family (their mother’s) own the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Kate began her professional acting career in the late ’90’s and Rooney followed shortly after debuting in the mid-2000’s. While both women are highly talented and have impressive resumes to date, their families are well connected and have deep, deep pockets. That opens a lot of doors.
To give you an idea of the wealth and privilege they were raised in, in an interview Rooney explained that she ate her first piece of pie while shooting a scene in the 2017 film A Ghost Story. She would have been 31 at the time. How rich do you have to be to have never eaten a single piece of pie?

Kiefer Sutherland
The 24 and Designated Survivor star is the child of two successful Canadian actors, Donald Sutherland and Shirley Douglas. Kiefer’s feature film debut came in the 1983 film Max Dugan Returns which, you guessed it, starred his father Donald. Kiefer’s breakout performance came shortly after when he starred in the Canadian film The Bay Boy.
Kiefer has revealed in interviews that when he first moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting he roomed with Robert Downey Jr, another up-and-coming actor who had the benefit of having a father who was established as an actor and filmmaker.

Zoey Deutch
Zoey Deutch is a rising star in Hollywood, turning in excellent performances in critically acclaimed films like Everybody Wants Some!! and The Outfit. The Los Angeles born actress, producer and occasional model is the daughter of Back to the Future actress Lea Thompson and director Howard Deutch.
While Zoey was probably helped by connections made by her parents as they established their own careers, at least she was nice enough to pay it forward for mom. She starred in Lea Thompson’s directorial debut, The Year of Spectacular Men (alongside with her sister Madelyn Deutch who wrote the film).

Alexander Skarsgård
We could also include the other Skarsgård kids here — Gustaf, Bill, Valter — but we will focus on Alexander. The eldest son of Stellan Skarsgård, Alexander got his first acting job on film from a friend of his dad when he was still a child. While he would step away from acting for a time, he returned to it in the late ’90’s and hit the ground running. By the mid-2000’s, Alexander had broken through, first with HBO’s Generation Kill and then with True Blood. While it hasn’t hurt that his father was one of the biggest working Swedish actors, Alexander’s insane bone structure might have made his fame inevitable. To date the man has been dubbed “the sexiest man in Sweden” five times.

Allison Williams
If you want to cringe, go back and read all of the digital ink spent on Brian Williams reaction to that sex scene featuring his daughter Allison in Girls. Really, what was the guy supposed to say?
Allison Williams wasn’t the only cast member of Girls that was a nepo baby, but she was certainly the one that seemed the most self-aware about it. Allison has spoken at great lengths about her privilege and the effort she has made to retroactively earn the position she’s found herself in. Williams has carved out a fine career for herself, acting in and producing horror films after her impressive turn in Get Out in 2017.

Margaret Qualley
Margaret Qualley may be a dead ringer for her mother, Andie MacDowell, but for the first part of her career she followed in her father’s footsteps and pursued modeling. She transitioned to acting shortly thereafter and, like many people on this list, briefly attended NYU before dropping because she started booking roles.
She has since delivered some highly acclaimed performances, in productions like The Leftovers, The Nice Guys, and Maid.

Zooey and Emily Deschanel
Both of these Los Angeles natives’ parents made a living in the industry. Zooey and Emily’s mother, Mary Jo, was a working actor who appeared in films like The Right Stuff, 2010 and The Patriot in addition to a number of TV roles. Their father, Caleb Deschanel, is an Academy Award nominated cinematographer responsible for lensing films like Being There, The Natural and The Right Stuff. Both sisters also attended the famous Crossroads School where they made friends with other well-connected future stars.
Emily’s feature film debut came in the mid-’90’s in a film that her father had been hired on to photograph. Zooey would pursue acting professionally a few years later. Both would find their greatest career success to date landing leading roles in long-running series for Fox (Bones, New Girl).

Rumer Willis
According to her Wikipedia page, Rumer was literally born on camera, with her mother having hired someone to film the birth. Considering the source (and the fact that both citations are now broken), take that tidbit for what it’s worth.
Rumer is the daughter of former power couple Bruce Willis and Demi Moore. Many of her earliest credits are her acting in films alongside one of her parents, including her feature debut in Now and Then in 1996. In addition to her growing resume of film and TV credits, Rumer has also appeared on a number of reality competition shows including The Masked Singer, Lip Sync Battle and Dancing with the Stars (which she would ultimately win).

Gwyneth Paltrow
Skiing accidents and Goop jokes aside, Gwyneth Paltrow has managed to parlay an already lucrative acting career into a number of successful business ventures and philanthropic causes. That acting career seems to have got its start largely due to her impressive pedigree. Her mother is actress Blythe Danner and her father was Bruce Paltrow, a prolific writer, director and producer. Gwyneth’s first professional role came in 1989 in a TV film directed by Bruce, and her early career was buoyed by being cast in a small part by family friend Steven Spielberg for his hit film Hook in 1991.
Gwyneth would continue to land small parts until she finally broke out with her performances in Se7en and Emma in 1995 and 1996, respectively.

Ben Stiller
The son of two of the funniest performers of their era, Ben Stiller grew up in show business. His parents, Anne Meara and Jerry Stiller, were wildly successful writers and comedians both individually and as a team. Ben would often tag along with his parents to set, likely absorbing industry knowledge through osmosis. His first on-camera appearance came when he was only nine years old on his mother’s series Kate McShane.

Lily-Rose Depp
Lily-Rose Depp was born in France, the daughter of actor Johnny Depp and French singer/songwriter Vanessa Paradis. Her first roles were in two Kevin Smith-directed films, both of which also featured her father. She has gone on to appear in other critically acclaimed films such as The King and My Last Lullaby.
Depp also done extensive modeling work, though she’s received criticism from those within the industry. After she made comments defending her status as a “nepo baby,” other models openly questioned if Depp truly grasps and appreciates the shortcuts she’s been given. Unfortunately for Lily-Rose and many other performers like her, it’s really a no-win situation when you try to explain how you’ve actually put in the work, even if you have.

The Cutting Edge of Fame: Celebrity Transformations Through Plastic Surgery
Chrissy Teigen
Chrissy Teigen is a wearer of many hats. Initially a model, she’s also become a fixture within pop culture. She’s hosted a plethora of different shows, has written various cookbooks, is a very proud mom, and is a hilarious follow on social media. All in all, she’s built quite the cult following.
Teigen has been steadfast in speaking about various procedures she’s had done. She initially had breast implants — though reportedly has also had liposuction in various spots on her body. Additionally, various reports indicate that Teigen has had work done on her face — and also her eyebrows.

Doja Cat
Raised in LA, Doja Cat (real name Amala Diamini) came out of nowhere to become a massive musical hit. It started with an EP — and soon followed with a debut album. Doja then began chopping it up with other heavyweights in the industry — featuring on some massive tracks. She’s even dabbled a bit in acting, shown as a possible love interest for Lil Dicky in the hit FX show Dave.
The popular singer has publicly spilled the beans on a few procedures. According to her Twitter account, the LA native did get a breast reduction. She also spoke about getting liposuction done on her thighs.

Cardi B
Cardi B (real name Belcalis Almanzar) is a generational talent. Following in the footsteps of other New York female rappers, Cardi B built a following on social media before exploding into the realm of pop culture. No. 1 hits followed by a Grammy Award soon followed. At only 30 years of age, she’s just scratching the surface on what should be a lengthy career.
Reportedly wanting to have a curvier build, Cardi B decided to get butt injections. However, these were not done at a hospital or clinic. According to an interview she did with GQ, Cardi B got the injections done in a basement in her native Queens. The discomfort, according to Cardi B, was “the craziest pain ever. I felt like I was gonna pass out.”

Ariel Winter
Ariel Winter has long been a successful child actor. Following in the footsteps of her brother (who was Pugsley in The Addams Family films during the ’90’s), Winter first started as a voice-over actress before getting her big break. Modern Family turned out to be one of the most successful sitcoms over the last 25 years. Winter played the brainy middle child, Alex.
Sadly, Winter reportedly suffered from bullying and actual pain due to the size of her breasts. As she told People, she ended up getting a breast reduction as a result of both factors.

Joe Jonas
One-third of the famed Jonas Brothers group, Joe Jonas has more than cultivated a very loyal fanbase along the way. After participating in the brother-based band, he has splintered off periodically to create his own music (for which he’s become quite famous). In addition to his music exploits, Jonas also has acted in a number of Disney Channel-based films.
Joe Jonas has had work done?! In a word, yes. According to the pop culture icon, Jonas has reportedly had multiple injections to clear up some cosmetic issues on his face. One of the injections includes Xeomin. It’s said to be an alternative to Botox. This was used — in Jonas’s case — to smooth over frown lines and a scar he had near his eyebrows.

Ben Savage
Ben Savage has long been a fixture within the world of entertainment. Starting out as a child actor, he got his big break as the lead in the cult sitcom Boy Meets World. While his acting career has somewhat slowed in recent years, Savage is still in the spotlight. In 2023, he formally filed paperwork to run for Congress in California’s 30th Congressional District.
Before his political career got launched, he did reprise his role as Cory Matthews in the spin-off Girl Meets World. In 2014, outlet Daily Mail cobbled together a few ‘before-and-after’ pictures of Savage — insinuating that he may have gone under the knife (when speaking about his upcoming role on that show).

Iggy Azalea
Iggy Azalea (real name Amethyst Kelly) really did achieve the American dream in a way few could imagine. She broke into the music industry as an unknown rapper — leaving her native Australia and ultimately making a name for herself in the United States. She quickly rose up charts, crafted a number of hit singles, and simultaneously become a pop culture icon in the process.
Clearly, Iggy’s appearance has changed over the years. She’s been very open about the procedures she’s had. Even her plastic surgeon — Dr. Ashkan Ghavami — gave an interview with People speaking about the procedures she had. Those include a surgery on her nose, and on her breasts.

Wayne Newton
Wayne Newton truly should be considered Las Vegas royalty. The iconic singer has been performing for over 60 years. Now at age 81, he’s still performing to this day in Vegas for his loyal fans. It’s quite a testament to both Newton’s work ethic and unbelievable talent. “Danke Shoen” is among his biggest hits, and you’ve surely seen it performed countless times in various films and television shows.
While Newton hasn’t publicly commented on his ever-changing appearance, pictures throughout the years seem to indicate that potential work may have been done (though there’s no clear confirmation on that educated guess).

Sharon Osbourne
Sharon Osbourne has long been the matriarch of the famous family. While husband Ozzy was starring on stage as a true rock legend, Sharon was busy helping to raise their two children, Jack and Kelly. When the family dipped its toes into the reality television pond, they became a transcendent unit — where reality TV took off and exploded into a highly popular entity.
Throughout the years, Sharon’s look has certainly changed. She has not been shy about going into some of the procedures she’s had done. In an interview with U.K. news outlet Sunday Times, she talked about getting a facelift which took over five hours to complete. At first, she reportedly was unhappy with the procedure. However, Sharon grew to love it.

Bruce Jenner (now Caitlyn Jenner)
Earlier in life, Bruce Jenner was an Olympic hero. The New York native won the Gold medal in the men’s decathlon event at the 1976 Olympics. From there, Jenner became a motivational speaker and a highly successful entrepreneur. However, his fame exploded further as the supportive parent within the ‘Kardashian’ universe.
Ultimately, Jenner would transition — and eventually became known as Caitlyn. A memoir was written in which Jenner reportedly spoke about undergoing a gender reassignment procedure. She’s reportedly said over the years that she’s also had work done on her jawline, breasts, and forehead.

Priyanka Chopra
A native of India, Chopra eventually entered the world of acting after being a pageant participant for years (which included winning the title of Miss World 2000 at the age of 18). First acting in her native country, Chopra eventually made her way stateside — starring in projects such as Quantico, Baywatch, and The Matrix Resurrections. In 2018, she married fellow star Nick Jonas.
Chopra speaks openly about a tough procedure involving her nose. Something that was supposed to be quite simple ended up becoming a nightmare. She had a nose procedure to clear up constant symptoms of head colds (by shaving down polyps). Instead — as she wrote about in her memoir — something bad happened. The doctor reportedly made a mistake by accidentally shaving the bridge of her nose, and it ultimately collapsed:
“My original nose was gone. My face looked completely different. I wasn’t me anymore. Every time I looked in the mirror, a stranger looked back at me, and I didn’t think my sense of self or my self-esteem would ever recover from the blow.”

Jane Fonda
The daughter of famed actor Henry Fonda, Jane carved out quite a career for herself independent of her family’s background. Of course, she was a stunning model for quite sometime. However, Fonda’s true talents came on screen as an actress. She’s received Tony and Emmy Award nominations over the years. However, arguably Jane’s best accomplishment came when winning multiple Oscar Awards for Best Actress (Coming Home, Klute).
In an interview with Vogue, Fonda spoke about the intricacies in getting a facelift:
“We all know a lot of women who are wealthy who’ve had all kinds of facelifts and things like that and they look terrible. I had a facelift and I stopped because I don’t want to look distorted. I’m not proud of the fact that I had [one].”

Dolly Parton
The Tennessee legend has earned 11 Grammy Awards over her illustrious career. The genre of country music really wouldn’t be the same without her presence. To this day, Parton is lauded as a serious role model within the genre — as well as being a highly successful actress, entrepreneur, and all-around good person.
Parton has been very transparent about the work she’s had done. In multiple interviews done over the years, she’s spoken about the various procedures done to her body. Among them, Parton is reportedly said to have undergone a brow lift, breast implants, and eyelid surgery.

Bella Hadid
Hadid comes from a very well-to-do family. Her mother Yolanda was a very successful model from the Netherlands. Her father Mohamed is a highly successful real estate developer/entrepreneur with roots in Palestine (though he grew up in Greece, Tunisia, Syria, and the United States). As is the case with many on this list, Bella’s modeling career indirectly stemmed from the family’s appearance on reality television.
In a Vogue article, Bella Hadid did admit to getting her nose done when she was 14 years old. In her later years, she reportedly seemed to regret the decision. Other than that, Hadid insists she hasn’t gotten anything else done. Even when people comment on the shape of her eyes, she was quoted as saying “Whoever thinks I’ve gotten my eyes lifted or whatever, it’s called face tape! The oldest trick in the book.”

Cher
Talk about a talent. You’d be hard-pressed to find someone who has the immense talent in both the worlds of acting and music. Whether as a part of the iconic Sonny & Cher duo — or as a solo artist — Cher has established herself as a global icon. From an acting standpoint, she evolved from a comedic performer to one who excels in dramatic roles (as we saw in Mask, Moonstruck, The Witches of Eastwick, and Silkwood). When then throwing in her experience on Broadway, few can match Cher’s illustrious career.
In terms of actual procedures, Cher has admitted to getting her breasts done. Other than that, she prides herself on aging gracefully without the presence of fillers and other things.

Tom Brady
You all know the story. He’s the Northern California kid who went to Michigan, had a decent college career, and was picked late in the NFL Draft by the New England Patriots. From there, Brady developed into the best player in the history of professional football. He’s the consummate winner, champion, leader of men, and role model for those looking to rise up from an underdog status and emerge as a star.
Over the years, Brady has actually slimmed down from his original frame when first entering the league. It’s a bit of a reversal from most, who seem to gain weight as they get older. We cannot confirm any potential procedures Brady has had done. However, there’s clearly a big difference in appearance.

Mickey Rourke
The tough guy out of Miami (via New York) has long been associated with those action-packed films where Rourke can show both his physicality and charm. A true leading man, there’s a real sense of charisma emanating from his performances. After a long hiatus from acting, Rourke garnered an Oscar nomination for his role in The Wrestler. Since then, he’s been involved in a number of big-budget films.
When Rourke went on hiatus from acting, he reverted back to his past as a boxer. The constant pounding and physical punishment took a toll to his face. As such, Rourke speaks openly about how the surgeries were done to help fix the damage left on his face left from boxing (which included his nose being broken multiple times, among other things).

Courteney Cox
You all know Cox from her role as Monica on Friends. It was Cox’s big break — and easily the character she’s most well-known for. Among her other noteworthy performances, Cox also appeared in Cougar Town, Scream, and Ace Ventura: Pet Detective. The Alabama native was also involved in relationships with fellow actors Michael Keaton and David Arquette.
Cox is another actress who is quite candid about her past work, and why she’s opted to dissolve the fillers she once had put into her face. She spoke about it with NY Post:
“There was a time when you go, ‘Oh, I’m changing. I’m looking older.’ And I tried to chase that [youthfulness] for years. And I didn’t realize that, oh s–t, I’m actually looking really strange with injections and doing stuff to my face that I would never do now.”

A socialite, model, businesswoman, entrepreneur and mother, Khloe Kardashian literally does it all. She went from being simply ‘Kim’s younger sister’ to breaking out and really coming into her own as an iconic figure. Khloe especially is invested in the world of fashion — where she co-founded the clothing brand GOOD AMERICAN.
Khloe is not one to pull punches. Despite the constant speculation over her appearance, she reportedly told Bravo’s Andy Cohen about one specific procedure:
“Everyone says, ‘Oh my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant.’ I’ve had one nose job. Everyone gets so upset, like, why don’t I talk about it? No one’s ever asked me. [Andy Cohen was] the first person that’s ever asked me in an interview about my nose.”

Kris Jenner
The matriarch of the Kardashian family, Kris Jenner is without a doubt one of the most successful people on the planet. She’s a master at marketing her family, and extracting every bit of financial wealth from the value this collective unit brings. While a brilliant business mind, she’s also a loving mother and grandmother — as seen on the family’s reality show.
Jenner has admitted to getting work done as she approaches her 70th birthday. Reportedly, Jenner has spoken openly about getting botox, laser treatments, and fillers. Duly, she’s also mentioned having breast implants and a neck lift.

Mark McGrath
Mark McGrath was a massive heartthrob throughout the late ’90’s and into the 2000’s. As the frontman of the band Sugar Ray, he helped in engineering some massive hits — including “Fly”, “Someday”, and “When It’s Over”. In addition to being a singer, McGrath has been a big media personality — reporting on pop culture and spending time on various reality shows.
In terms of his personal looks, there have been many rumors McGrath has gone under the knife for some facial improvements. However, according to a Twitter post in 2018, he adamantly denies any plastic surgery:
“Silly I have to respond to ridiculous plastic surgery rumors, but here goes…I have NEVER had any plastic surgery done, I’m just naturally beautiful,” he wrote on Twitter alongside a pair of laughing emoji. “Funny to hear these so called experts insist I have…back to the real world.”

Kim Kardashian
It’s safe to say that Kim Kardashian is probably the most well-known person on the planet at this point (just check her social media accounts). Kim and her family exploded within the scene of reality television. From there, the Kardashian/Jenner families delved into the worlds of makeup, fashion, modeling, and other entrepreneurial avenues. All the while, Kim appears to be the unofficial ringleader of the group.
Kim has been a bit coy as to the work she’s had done. In one interview, she talked about getting a bit of Botox. However, other than that, the only other noteworthy procedure Kim has talked about involved getting butt injections in 2016 (though reportedly it was for the treatment of psoriasis).

Kylie Jenner
At one point, Kylie was one of the little sisters sort of floating in the background during the height of the Kardashian fame. She’d hang with sister Kendall while the older siblings shared the limelight. Well, as it turned out, Kylie had her own plans — and that included becoming one of the most successful people on Earth (at a very young age) with a massively global makeup empire.
Aside from her natural maturing into being a young adult, Kylie insists that she’s gotten minimal work done. During an episode of the family’s reality show, it was reported that Kylie received some lip fillers at the age of 15. As she told Paper in 2019, “People think I fully went under the knife and completely reconstructed my face, which is completely false. I’m terrified! I would never.”

Madonna
As she approaches her mid-’60’s, Madonna is still going strong as a performer. Her career has been truly transcendent. She could’ve been an award-winning actress had she focused all of her time on that artistic medium. Instead, she became one of the biggest pop artists to ever grace the stage.
Madonna may have left some breadcrumbs for those thinking she may have gone under the proverbial knife. On Feb. 20, 2023, she made a Twitter post addressing rumors over her appearance. Posting a picture of herself, she offered this caption:
“Look how cute i am now that swelling from surgery has gone down. Lol.”

NeNe Leakes
NeNe Leakes has truly enjoyed a very successful career. Piggybacking off her spot on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Leakes — a fan favorite — turned to the world of acting. She made 13 appearances on the hit show Glee. She was also a series regular on The New Normal — and even acted on Broadway. Suffice it to say, but Leakes is a very talented performer.
Leakes is certainly someone to wear her emotions on her sleeves. As such, she’s totally comfortable with speaking about the procedures she’s had. According to various reports, Leakes has spoken about getting a mini Brazilian butt lift, liposuction, a nose job, and breast augmentation.

Tyra Banks
Banks ultimately turned into one of the most famous supermodels on the planet. She appeared in every beauty magazine you could think of, and that ultimately led to Banks becoming an actress. From there, she’s hosted a number of different shows (as she still continues to do).
The beauty out of Los Angeles has admitted over the years that she did get slight alterations on her already gorgeous appearance. When speaking to People, Banks admitted that she had her nose done early on in her career. She also spoke about opting to get the insertion of fake hair (eyebrows).

Julie Chen Moonves
You may know Julie Chen as the famed host of Big Brother. Other than that, Chen has carved out a very successful career as a reporter, media personality, and interviewer. She grew up in New York, and attended college in Los Angeles. Now the mother of one, she balances her responsibilities wonderfully as a mother and entrepreneur.
Chen’s journey with plastic surgery is rather sad. When working as a reporter early in her career, she had a double eyelid procedure done on her eyes. As Chen spoke about in an interview, there was a pressure from a news director to get the surgery as a way for the audience to ‘relate’ to her better. She then spoke about it further on The Talk:
“All I could see was my eyes [after that]. And [I wondered] does [the news director] have a point? Since I first revealed my surgery on The Talk, the reaction from the Asian community — specifically from Asian women — has been tremendous. Many told me they finally felt free from feeling shamed. Others told me they wanted to get it done, but it felt like it was a dirty little secret people in the Asian community didn’t discuss, especially with non-Asians, and even with their own family.
I had one sister and one aunt who thought it was denying my heritage. It was considered shameful. A disappointment. Then there were women in non-Asian communities who were flabbergasted that this was such a thing. It was very, no pun intended, eye-opening.”

Heidi Montag
MTV was once known for music, and music only. Then…the adaptation of reality shows focused around privileged teens came into view. The Hills was a massive hit — and one of the main stars of the show was Heidi Montag. Along with future husband Spencer Pratt, Montag cultivated quite the following from the show. In recent years, she’s been known for her ever-changing appearance.
In her early 20’s, Montag reportedly gave an interview where she spoke about getting a host of procedures done. However, the harrowing aspect is that she spoke about getting 10 of these procedures done in a single day. Montag said the scariest part involved the recovery — which she wasn’t expecting (as she told People):
“Spencer thought he lost me. I died for a minute. With that much surgery, I had to have 24-hour nurse care and Spencer didn’t want to leave my side. … My security guards called Spencer and told him, ‘Heidi’s heart stopped. She’s not going to make it.’ And I easily could’ve. Cutting yourself up isn’t something I’d recommend.”

Clay Aiken
American Idol once took the world by storm. There wasn’t one week where an episode of the voice competition show didn’t captivate audiences across the globe. Clay Aiken was involved in the earlier installment of the show. Hailing from North Carolina, Aiken finished second in the second season of the show (with the winner being Ruben Studdard). Though he didn’t win the show, Aiken’s career as a media personality exploded.
Aiken has admitted that he did undergo some minor procedures to his face when appearing on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live. Aiken got an operation on his jaw for a joint disorder which controls jaw movement. Simultaneous to that, Aiken said he had fat vacuumed out of his chin.

Melanie Griffith
Melanie Griffith is quite emblematic of the Hollywood scene. She’s the daughter of Tippi Hedren, and had high-profile marriages to fellow actors in Don Johnson and Antonio Banderas. Along the way, she exploded as a very talented actress. Among her more impressive performances, Griffith starred in Buffalo Girls, RKO 281, Crazy in Alabama, Cecil B. Demented, and Milk Money.
There have long been rumors about Griffith’s changing appearance. She hasn’t shied away from speaking about the various procedures she’s had done. According to a Vanity Fair interview, people would come up to her asking about her appearance. It never really dawned on her that things were ‘off’. As such, Griffith reportedly went to a different doctor and “started dissolving all of the sh*t this other woman doctor had put in.”
