10. Jared Goff – Los Angeles Rams



It’s been no secret that Goff’s transition to the NFL level has been far from smooth, but the No. 1 pick has shown flashes of greatness in his first two preseason games. In his second game against the Chiefs, the Cal product went 8-of-12 for 82 yards and threw his first touchdown. Current starting quarterback Case Keenum still stands in the way, but if Goff can continue to improve each week, the job should be his very soon.
