The Biggest Disappointment For Every MLB Team At The Halfway Point

Mike Foltynewicz, P, Atlanta Braves

An All-Star in 2018 when he posted a 2.85 ERA and won 13 games, Foltynewicz is not enjoying near that kind of success this season. After opening the season on the shelf with an elbow injury, the right-hander is 2-5 with a 6.37 ERA through his first 11 starts. He’s also yielded 16 home runs (gave up 17 all of 2018) while opponents are hitting .275 against him during that span — resulting in a demotion to Triple-A.
